Malu & Raphael are not only amazing painters but amazing people! We are so glad we chose them to complete our project. The Venetian Plaster they completed is beautiful and so happy with the results. Highly reccomend!

Malu and Rafa are experts at their profession and wonderful to work with. They are timely and bring fantastic ideas. Their team was super efficient and kept the house clean. We used their services to paint our house and kitchen cabinets but will use them for all future projects. Wonderful experience with them. Highly recommend.

I had "LIGHT IT UP" paint inside my house in 3 separate rooms. Let me just say that, They did A FANTASTIC JOB!!!!!!!!! The owner Rafael was very professional (always), prompt and very knowledgeable about his craft. He explained in detail how the work schedule would go and kept his word to the "TEE". I would highly recommend them as they are SUPER to deal with.

Coastal Zone and historic district projects require added review, and we handle that as well.

Including design and permits, a standard bathroom takes 4-8 weeks, a standard kitchen 8-14 weeks, a kitchen with custom cabinets 10-18 weeks, and a full-home renovation 5-9 months. The biggest variable is San Diego DSD permitting: over-the-counter permits can be same day, while plan check for structural work takes 4-12 weeks. You get a written schedule before demolition starts.
