About Us

HOUZZ: PREFERRED BUILDER in JACKSON, MS. Custom Home Builder and Luxury Home Remodeling. Earning 5 STAR REVIEWS from our clients, your neighbors, since 2009. We believe the best design solutions are born out of a collaborative process. We are a design studio. This means we take on projects as a team, allowing for constant interoffice collaboration. We also see our relationship with our clients as a collaborative effort. We bring our professional experience and knowledge to the table, and the client brings a singular understanding of their needs and desires. Together, we take a collection of disparate requirements and bring a design concept into focus. This focus leads to an efficient use of resources. The value of architectural service is the return on the investment in the long term. We have seen that a gross misallocation of resources is possible when all aspects of a design problem are not considered fully, and this happens all too often in our fast-paced society. We offer design solutions that meet the client's needs--and that go beyond that to be responsible, beautiful compositions in which the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. A well-considered design at the front end of a project means that materials and construction costs are kept low and expensive problems are more likely addressed in design instead of messy fixes mid-construction. This not only saves the client money but also provides a cohesive aesthetic and a seamlessly functioning building. A full-service boutique architectural design firm that specializes in smart, sensible, and sustainable designs. Jeff was voted the Best Architect in Jackson, MS in 2012 by the Jackson Free Press. We bought a small, mid-century house because it was close to our grandkids. The house could charitably be called "interesting". For reasons no one can explain the designer put in two TINY bathrooms (in a house of only about 1400 sq. ft.) and put them SIDE BY SIDE, separated by a masonry wall. Jeff designed a new bath for that combined space, which works wonderfully, but more important he worked with us on design approaches and use of modular fixtures to keep the budget under control. You can look at his other projects and see his talent, and that of his contractors, but you don't really get a sense of how great he is to work with. No project like this is really fun, but Jeff and his site manager, Andy, made this go so much more smoothly than I would have thought possible. And there was never a gap in communication, even though we were away from the site for much of the project. We can't say enough about how happy we with the results. NB - Jackson, MS

Mr. Seabold and I have work together on many projects. He is one of the best IMO. He is very involved with his projects and expects nothing but the best. He uses top quality professionals that are very skilled in their trade for his projects. He pays close attention to detail , workmanship, manners, ETC. His projects are always beautiful when completed. He is passionate about what he does, which makes a huge difference to potential clients and customers. Remember when choosing a Architect/contractor, that skilled architects and contractors are not cheap, and Cheap architects and contractors are not skilled. He is a great person outside of all the above. which just makes the building process by him even better.

@SeaboldArchitecturalStudio made my ideas work and @TheGarnerCompany made them come to life! I now live in the house I've waited my whole life to design. I'm so glad I chose to use an Architect. I believe @SeaboldArchitecturalStudio ended up saving me a lot of money and headaches over the long run. I wanted to build a modern home in a very traditional area. Jeff @SeaboldArchitecturalStudio helped me pull it off and the house stands to inspire others in the Deep South to believe Modern Design and Architecture is possible and affordable.

I recently updated the exterior of my home and remodeled the interior as well as finished out a large game room. I hired Seabold Architectural Studio and they were awesome to work with! Jeff Seabold gave us great ideas, stayed well within our budget and did an excellent job. I was so happy with his work, I hired him as a consultant on my new restaurant that I just opened! I would highly recommend Jeff for your next project!

Jeff has been very patient with us for months working on a renovation, addition and pool. He has helped guide us to use the best people to give us the best end result possible. He has listened to our ideas or worked with us patiently as we have changed our minds. We are really excited to see our finished product! He has also gone above and beyond and been over with wading boots digging up clogged down spouts! His knowledge and experience in our community have been reassuring. We are extremely confident in his ability.

We hired Seabold Architectural Studio to design our home in Jackson, MS. The design process was completely tailored to us - Jeff always took our comments, suggestions and requests seriously (yet would find a respectful way to point out downfalls with our requests and offer viable alternatives instead). We did not initially use Jeff to oversee construction management of our house and ultimately regretted this decision after having contractor issues. We ultimately hired Jeff to take over construction management and fix what had already be started. He worked incredibly hard so that we could get into our house before our baby was born! This firm offers amazing hands-on involvement with their projects. You are treated like a valued client (even a friend), not just a "number." I would highly recommend this company for design AND construction management components.

I was interested in buying a house that needed extensive renovation and wasn't sure where to start. My realtor recommended Seabold Studio and Jeff came out personally to look over the house and give me his opinion. Based on his input, I decided to go for it and purchased the home. He came up with several floor plan options and was able to recommend a great contractor. Seabold Studio also offers project management services which I decided to use, as I don't have any renovation or construction experience. I highly recommend this service, as it meant I was rarely "bothered" with small issues that came up daily and could easily be handled without my input. My project took approximately 4 months and came in on budget. Based on others' horror stories of home renovation projects, I was prepared for a highly stressful experience, but that wasn't the case at all. I couldn't be happier with my experience and the results are exactly what I wanted.

I was extremely please with Jeff's design and planning for my renovation. I renovated my 40 year-old kitchen, utility room, breakfast, and family room. All of his ideas were right for me and he also kept my ideas in the plans. He reccommended a wonderful contractor with whom I am extremely pleased.

Great job doing drawings for our kitchen. He took our design ideas and put them on paper. The company that made our cabinets found them quite helpful.

Jeff designed our kitchen, bar, library and adjoining courtyard. He flawlessly remodeled the spaces making them more contempary but they also blended with our 100 year old mission style house. Being a really old house that had lots of surprises behind every board was challenging but Jeff solved evey problem quickly and creatively.

Jeff Seabold was initially recommended to me by several area contractors. From my first meeting with Jeff to discuss the house design, I found him to be knowledgable in all areas and very creative. He has taken my vague ideas of what I was looking for in a home and turned them into exactly what I had imagined. He has a great attitude, has met every deadline that we set, and has worked with me to bring this project in on budget. I hold Jeff and his staff in high regard and would not hesitate to give him the highest recommendation possible. J. Milner

I cannot say enough great things about working with Jeff. He was thorough during the design process, and his assistance with hiring a contractor and overseeing our remodel was invaluable. His knowledge of energy saving ideas and design is second to none. I will definitely use him for future remodel projects for our home.
