In no way did this builder honor their warranty or VA homebuilders certificate. My advice as a current owner of one of their homes, is to look elsewhere.

If you want a Beautiful Home build just the way you want there is none better than Sunrise Homes !!! They had my home as well as a ADU built faster than I could believe !! Both places were completed within 3 months . Our finished home & apt look fabulous and have everything just the way we wanted . Check them out right away !!

Mark Dwyer is amazing! He quickly figured out my design style & lead me to features that were spot on. Mark offered ideas that I had never considered - and absoluetly LOVE. In addition he is patient, kind, and personable. A delight to work with.

Mark was extremely helpful in helping us with all the finishes in the our new home. He took the time to understand what our style was asked for pictures to help define our type and was excellent in his communication of things that may not go the best with what we had picked out.
