We specialize in design + build and offer commercial and residential services to the Bay Area. Our full-service approach takes the stress out of the building process – our clients can be hands-off and still be confident that the project will be completed on-time and to the highest standards. 1. Discovery Our design process is highly collaborative because we know that the most effective solutions come from really getting to know our clients and their needs. During the initial interview, we learn your goals, explain our services, and make recommendations on how to begin your project. We cover everything from function, to aesthetics, to budget. 2. Design As part of your design phase, we take a 3D laser scan of your home to explore the space and use the information for the planning and construction phases. Once the design is ready, we present design plans – your feedback at this point is very important. From there, your designer will begin the comprehensive pricing of your project. Final selections will be made for materials & appliances. If you choose to work with us for the construction phase, your design fee will be applied to your project cost. 3. Planning & Pricing When all design requirements are complete and selections are made, your designer will present a formal design plan and drawings. A printed proposal with an itemized listing is included. 4. Construction & Installation We coordinate the construction and installation schedule and provide an estimated timeline. We will discuss the logistics ahead of time with you, and keep you updated regularly. Our goal is your complete satisfaction and high-quality construction. When we purchased this house for our family, we knew that we had to renovate it completely to make it not only comfortable but to make it our own. Finding a good construction company with the design-build approach was not an easy task. TBS Construction was our choice as they have a pristine reputation, knowledge, and expertise of the design-build process and the team of professionals that you can trust. Their Design-Build Process is structured, clear, and effective. Communication was flawless, and they seemed to be on top of any unexpected issues. The project manager was going the extra mile to pay attention to details and providing enormous support to other trades working on the project as well. We are very happy with our choice. House looks great and functions perfectly. Every room is tailored to our needs. It sure feels like our own home. We highly recommended TBS team! ! !

The team has done a great job with remodeling and addition to our house - they created spacious, light and very comfortable new bedroom and bathroom. Mamuka and TBS Construction team are very professional and during the project provided great remodeling detailed advices which worked very well. Important to notice the even after completion of the project we could rely on them to come over and help with any issues *not necessarily* related to their job.

I needed to replace several Marvin windows in my property which got damaged by water. I called TBS on a Friday afternoon and got a call back from their owner Mamuka a couple of hours later. He showed up at my property the next day on a Saturday morning. He gave me several options to replace the windows, and given that TBS is both a Design and a Construction company, he invited me to his gallery to have a look at the various options. I drove there that same morning, made my choices, and got back a written proposal that same afternoon, less than 24 hours after my initial call! The pricing was competitive, but most of all, I appreciated the attention to detail of Mamuka, as well as the efficiency with which the whole process was done. It was great to also have access to a full-service design and construction company, as Marvin changed several details in their windows over time, some of which were not compatible with my house construction details. In the past, I have dealt with Marvin resellers who were not doing the installation work, and it was a nightmare going back and forth between the designer and installer who were not always on the same page. The execution was flawless, from ordering the right windows, to getting a permit, to the stucco & sheetrock patching. I would highly recommend Mamuka and TBS.

TBS did a super job on a water damage restoration project at my town home property in Mountain View. Being remote, TBS handled everything over the phone and via. Email. Despite this, the communication was great and I got exactly what I wanted at a fair price. Thanks to the TBS team - highly recommended.

I called TBS to ask for a quote to retrofit our older home with Marvin tilt pac sashes. They had been listed as a local Marvin dealer, and though our project was small, they responded quickly and did not make us feel pressured or unimportant. Mamuka came to do the estimate and was punctual, honest, and gave great ideas on how to proceed. He even recommended that I shop around and get quotes from competitors to make sure that I am happy with the price and the service. We ended up hiring TBS to do the measurement, ordering, and installation for us several months later and again they were quick to respond and worked with us on our schedule. Mamuka's team exceeded our expectations with their attention to detail and efficient working style. Koba even came over the weekend to put some finishing touches and to make sure that everything was square. TBS put the same care and consideration in working on our home as if it was their own and I am very, very pleased with the results. When it comes to the next project we will defnitely be calling them back. Thank you Mamuka and TBS!

We feel so fortunate to have found Mamuka and his superb team at TBS for our deck project. Our house is on a hillside and building the deck involved some tricky technical/engineering/design integration problems. From the very first meeting, he showed a very good understanding of our project, how it fit it to our larger remodel, made some changes with our architect then proceeded to organize and manage the the project very skillfully from start to finish. The teamwork with his wonderful crew and subcontractors was excellent, communication all around was great, excellent workmanship, on time and on budget- with some well considered and discussed changes. A very professional operation. And our deck is beautiful! I highly recommend TBS and look forward to working with them on our next project.
