I am lucky to know Tiffany both professionally and personally. She has an innate passion for design that is obvious when you speak to her or see the inspired spaces she creates. Her designs are thoughtful, engaging and like her, full of good energy. She has a special talent for creating wow moments through color and finishes. Tiffany and I collaborated on a total rebuild - not a remodel, flip, or update. I was impressed to see how deeply she understood even the most esoteric architectural and structural scenarios that the project demanded. She could envision the space as it would look and make strong and artful recommendations that elevated the style and livability of the project. Through the course of the work it became clear that it would require more major structural changes than at first anticipated. She not only understood the process but was able to adapt to the need and plan the next steps. This is something most people get hung up on. I also thought the way she gathered and chose the materials was efficient as usually that aspect requires you to discard all the things that don't work out quickly and many people waver. Our timeline to complete the project ran tight and with Tiffany I was assured that her decisions would be made in time and that she could work with my subcontractors (she's also fluent in Spanish) to help make sure all dates were hit and the project was a massive success. I would not hesitate to hire her to run a project - she'd be a great choice.
