Starting out, my kitchen remodel was not a straightforward job as the property is part of an HOA that very particular on how things are to be done. Toupin Construction was able to navigate and work alongside the requirements of the HOA while not disturbing the other owners in the building. They were very good with details, details that come with experience working in an HOA environment. For example, when it came time to shutting off the water, they made sure to follow CC&R's and bylaws in regards to proper procedures. Furthermore, when their was a small accidental bump to a neighbors deck, virtually no visible cosmetic damage, Toupin Construction notified the HOA immediately and remedied the situation. I was never even contacted by the HOA or the neighbor, which tells me the handled the situation with the upmost professionalism. Prior to hiring Toupin Construction, we got bids from two other contractors. Their prices were within 10-20%, one higher and one lower, but the quality of the materials were inferior. They didn't inspire confidence in working with an HOA. The finished product is beautiful, we couldn't ask for more. We are grateful that Toupin Construction was able to fit us in their schedule and travel the distance to Tiburon. Honestly, I think it was just good timing because I couldn't get any contractors to cross a bridge to get bid in the beginning. They were within budget, finished in time and didn't gauge us because of our address. Lastly, as a fellow business owner I appreciate professionalism, follow through and quality workmanship. This is exactly how Toupin Construction handled my kitchen remodel and we couldn't be happier.

The Toupin organization was wonderful to work with. They were completely professional. Their workman were wonderful to have in the house. They were efficient, clean,friendly and highly competent.

Toupin has done several renovation projects in our home. We are extremely pleased with the quality of their work. Their workers are knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, respectful of our privacy and of our desire to keep our home neat and clean even during renovation projects. Toupin Construction is not inexpensive, but their prices are fair. We would recommend Toupin Construction to anyone seeking high quality work by skilled craftsmen at a fair price.

I used Toupin Construction to remodel my kitchen, laundry room, guest and master baths. Even though I dreaded this project (actually divided it into two projects), everything went according to plan and with the utmost professionalism. The price came in at the exact amount quoted before the start and the quality of the work was exceptional. Mark, the designer, was so helpful in suggesting design features and choosing materials but always deferred to my taste, if we disagreed. Marcos built a lovely new mantel and side pieces for my fireplace and Adon worked magic with tile. He tiled over the original white brick of the fireplace and totally transformed the look. His tile work in the master bath shower makes me feel like I have my own spa. Tim Toupin is very conscientious in overseeing the work his team performs. He visits the site each day and makes note of anything that needs to be redone or finalized. Candi, the scheduler, calls each evening to let you know who will be coming the next day and what they will be doing. You may hear people say Toupin Construction is too expensive but I disagree. This is definitely a case of getting what you pay for.

I really liked working with Tim and Pam. The design was great and I really enjoyed the overall process. Their construction guys were also really nice, helpful and respectful of the space. Highly recommend them!

Toupin Construction was great to work with. Their attention to my needs was wonderful. They really listened to what I wanted and needed and kept me in the loop at all times. They were extremely professional and were respectful of my space and my time. I would get a phone call every day updating me on what was completed and what would be done the next day. They were really connected to me and my needs and made sure we were all on the same page. Everything was done the way I needed it to be done!

Tim Toupin starts his projects on time and he finishes them on time to the day. In our case, he was right on budget to the dollar. He provided the highest quality that we’ve seen in a long time and everybody is thrilled with the outcome. Tim is a visionary in terms of design, and a master in terms of construction.

They were always on time and totally dependable. They left the work site clean and neat. They went out of their way to make it comfortable and livable for me. They give more than is expected and did a great job.

The team at Toupin construction is very detail oriented and they pay attention to what the costumer wants and how it fits in with their budget. Their whole team is professional, courteous, and customer oriented. It was a good experience all around.

They were very professional. The workers were very courteous and they always had good communication with us. They reported each evening what they completed. On top of that, they stayed on budget! Overall it was a very professional job.

I think the most important thing about Toupin Construction it’s a team effort. The crew worked together and the office always kept us updated on what was going on. They would give us a briefing at the end of the day on what to expect the following day. Also, the crew members are very polite. Whenever we would go to the site, they were very receptive and informative. They were also great about answering any questions that we raised. We were highly satisfied.

Toupin Construction just finished putting a new wood laminate floor in my place at Rossmoor. They are the best. First, they brought samples and left them for a few days for me to be able to choose from among them. The whole install crew was unbelievable; professional, attentive to detail, trustworthy, and extremely kind. At the end of each day's work, Tim Toupin Sr. came in to make sure all was done well. Toupin Construction goes out of their way to do the best job, with customer satisfaction being above all else. I highly recommend them to everyone.
