Her office is fast, thorough and creates beautiful, thoughtful and functional designs. Her team is skilled in getting through plan check and they know building code well. I have been active in real estate development for approximately 10 years. Therefore I have worked with numerous architects. I have met with Tracy for a mix-use property development project. She understood my goals quickly and listed the requirements for the project in details. Tracy and her team have completed the new plans flawlessly and provided me the necessary construction permits from the city right on time. The communication with Tracy and her team was very easy. They were easy to reach and very helpful from the beginning to the end. Working with Tracy Stone was 100% uncomplicated and effective for my project. Basically, Tracy Stone and her team are practical, solid and reliable. Also, they have this beautiful smart office dog and that is a plus.

Tracy Stone came up with a unique and wonderful vision for our kitchen and guest bath that completely transformed our home. She brought in so much natural light into the house and created the most beautiful kitchen ever! Tracy is very easy to work with and I thought her fees were quite reasonable. I just engaged Tracy to work with me on remodeling 3 bathrooms. I'm excited to see what she comes up with!!

After meeting with several architects that had experience with small lot subdivisions, we ultimately decided to go with Tracy A. Stone Architect. We felt that her aesthetics had the right mix of modern design with components that added warmth and charm that would appeal to a large portion of today's sophisticated home buyer. We are on to our 2nd SLS project with Tracy now, as well as a major renovation project of a "forever home" for my wife and I. Most importantly, we felt that Tracy has the right demeanor and personality that we were looking for in a long-term partnership. She has very well thought out ideas and is also a great listener. She takes time to hear our thoughts and goals, and can really translate them into her designs. We look forward to many more projects together!

After working with two prior architects, we hired Tracy A. Stone to design a remodel plan for our mid-century home in Altadena. We found Tracy to be an excellent listener, extremely detail-oriented, tremendously talented and an absolute pleasure to work with. She designs incredibly bright and beautiful spaces while keeping project stages moving smoothly and in a timely manner. Unfortunately for us, we wound up selling the house before we could bring her design to life. But we would hire her again without hesitation and wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptionally-talented, down-to-earth architect to create a beautiful living or commercial space.

We engaged Tracy Stone for a multi-phase remodel in 2010, completing construction on the first phase in mid-2011. It was a wonderful experience. Tracy and her team have always been remarkably easy to work with, open to input, and a font of good ideas. We are currently working with her on finalizing plans for subsequent remodel phases and can't wait for the results.
