Wendy helped us with upgrading our first floor (Kitchen, Fireplace, Living Room). The space was dated and Wendy helped modernize the area. She took into consideration our preferences and was very helpful in measuring, finding excellent paint / tile samples, and floor layouts with a small space. It saved us so much time and research and we ended up with our dream living area! I would gladly work with Wendy again for any project in my home.

Wendy has helped me redecorate my entire house. We started three years ago with my family room and kitchen. The next year we took on most of the remaining first floor. This past year we did a serious upgrade to my home office. I am hoping she will help me this year with an upgrade to an upstairs bathroom and redecoration of the rest of the upstairs. Home décor is not in my skill set, so finding Wendy was wonderful. Wendy quickly assessed my “style” and helped me stay on course through the whole process of each project. She is extremely well organized, has great trade contracts and is a pleasure to work with. She anticipates potential issues and works to quickly resolve problems when they arise. Wendy has helped me on several projects in two homes. She is so easy to work with-extremely efficient and careful. Always provides lots of choices. She is flexible in the work arrangement-she has stepped in with more hands-on support when needed, but is also willing to just help pick a paint color if that is what is needed. She is incredibly responsive.

Wendy worked with us to find a design that fit our personal lifestyle. She did not try to impose a "signature style" on our project. She worked within our budget and her estimate of the time she needed to complete the work was accurate. She was on time for meetings and communicated well. My husband and I downsized to a condominium and, while we were able to put together a good plan for most of the space, the L-shaped living room/dining room area just wasn't coming together for us. Wendy suggested a furniture layout and room plan that worked. She designed a media cabinet for us that contained the storage we needed and that also kept the TV from being the constant primary focus of the room. We found a carpet that we loved in the size she recommended. She helped us find a sofa and recliner and advised us on colors and finishes for them. We now have a living/dining area that's comfortable, homey, useful, and blends well with our existing furniture.

We would recommend Wendy in a heartbeat to anyone looking for interior design or decorating expertise. We started with one small bathroom layout project, and eventually used Wendy for almost every decision in our new house, from art and furniture selection, to cabinet layouts, to window design, to paint colors, to outlet and lighting placement, to crown molding design and so much more. She is creative, efficient, responsive, and very easy to work with. She is connected with so many different vendors and suppliers, and pays close attention to all details. Her pricing is very reasonable, and the value she delivers is priceless.

Over the last few years, Wendy has helped us redesign our living room, den, and powder room. She chose furniture, finishings, wallpaper, flooring, etc. Everything came out beautifully, and we couldn't be more thrilled. Wendy has a wonderful sense of how a room functions, a beautiful aesthetic, and she is an absolute pleasure to work with.

I have used Wendy to help me decorate 2 houses. One project was a new home in Chicago where Wendy helped me decorate the entire house, including a carriage house. The latest project was a couple of rooms in a home in San Diego. We just completed this project January 2024. The two projects were different stylistically, but both turned out beautifully. Wendy is by far the most knowledgeable decorator I have ever worked with. She accommodates my taste and lifestyle, but she has the skills and good taste to maximize the look I want and pull it all together. She expresses her opinion tactfully, and she has NEVER steered me wrong! Wendy also has a way of combining pragmatism with style in her decorating. I love that she understands fabric and has steered me towards durable as well as beautiful choices. She is flexible, tactful, skilled, honest, and very affordable! I never felt like I was being ovecharged! When I moved to San Diego I tried several other local designers first, but I was unhappy with them. I made some expensive mistakes following their guidance. Eventually, I called Wendy again and asked if she could help me with my project "long distance" from her office in Chicago. She did and we did Facetime calls, texts, and emails. She sent me samples in the mail in a timely manner. It ended up being a very efficient and easy process! Since I have worked with Wendy "in person" and also "virtually" now, I can give her high marks for both of these design experiences. I absolutely love the projects she has helped me with and I cannot rate her highly enough! She is a gifted and highly professional designer.

Wendy has been a fantastic designer for us. She helped us through our first floor remodel and was so creative in how to best use some of our new spaces. She worked with our kitchen cabinet people and also helped us find some custom people to design extra spaces in our family room and new study. Wendy was great with listening to our ideas and understanding our tastes. She would provide us with a variety of furniture recommendations and also assisted with picking rugs and window treatments. Wendy was always professional and worked around our busy schedules. My house looks fantastic and we owe much of that to her! We highly recommend her!

As part of our remodeling project, we asked Wendy to assist us in selecting paint colors for 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a hallway. Wendy was responsive to our inquiry and arranged to visit our house. Wendy arrived right on time and offered her recommendations for paint colors based on our decor (bedding, furniture, faucets, tile). Wendy's recommendations included positives and negatives associated with various choices--we found her insights to be very helpful in identifying the right color choices for us. Wendy was very easy to work with and we'd use her again when we need interior decorating assistance.

Wendy is an amazing interior designer and decorator. I have worked with her on two projects and have been more than happy with the results. She is very professional, thorough and her fee for service is worth its weight in gold. She really knows her stuff and from the smallest project to a home renovation she is a trusted and well recommended designer.
