Stay Project Solutions

Ken was our Owner's Advocate for our 3BR renovation, which included water remediation, a basement overhaul, and kitchen update. Renovations are always a bit of a rollercoaster, but in the face of our high-pressure project, Ken was the trusted voice that we knew had our best interests at heart. Since day 1, he was always in our corner, advocating for us with multiple vendors and contractors on the best approach and fair price. For example, when an exterior door was delayed due to supply chain issues, Ken was on the phone with the vendor daily and orchestrated an approach that got us the door weeks sooner than if we let the delays run their course. Above all, Ken is honest, transparent, and communicative, qualities that made a huge difference as our family navigated this major event.

Ken is my favorite person ever. We bought a "bring your architect and imagination" special on June 3 and had to move in two months later. Ken handled everything - vetting contractors, drafting contracts, payments, sourcing appliances, and sourcing other things we needed (floor tiles, light fixtures, wood flooring). He definitely saved us some money by passing along his trade discounts as well. Most importantly, he was able to manage our contractors so that all of the work (which included re-wiring the whole apartment and bringing up additional power) was done well and quickly. I knew I could trust him - if he said someone was good I knew they were good. If he said a price was fair, I knew it was fair. He's also the most responsive person I've ever met - he'd respond to emails and texts almost immediately. Without Ken, we'd probably still be waiting to start our electrical work...
