Leslie is the most thorough, dedicated, forward thinking and customer focused professional I have worked with in a long time. When I thought about ordering shades, I thought it was a no brainer. I didnt realize their are so many options. She came to my home and showed me all my options and what would look best based on my style and budget. I ended up buying white shutters and they are amazing. Leslie kept me abreast of the ordering and shipping process so I knew when they would arrive. She stayed the entire installation process to ensure they were put in right and to that I was comfortable with the process and outcome. My downstairs looks like a different home.
