Liroy always quoted us with a reasonable price with any extras we requested. He was knowledgeable of local city codes and worked well with utilities to keep our project moving and get it finished on time. I have done a lot of work in my house and I have dealt with different contractors in the past, but this time I found a real gem. Liroy of the Royalty Builders took care of the renovation of our additional family room, electrical re-wiring of the entire house, installation of our vinyl floors, relocation of the tank-less water heater, and the creation of a walkway that could accommodate handicaps in a span of 9 weeks. Liroy treated us like a family yet he exudes professionalism and utmost dedication. Whenever problems arise during the construction, he was flexible to deal with them and patient enough to accommodate our needs and requests as well. He was present in all the aspects of the renovation projects and attends all the meetings as much as he can, and being punctual at that! What I specifically like about him is his transparency in everything he does by always updating us on the progress of the work they’re doing. He truly understands the goal of our project and helped us with the functionality even on a budget. As it comes with his professionalism is his keenness to cleanliness. He made sure that his staff removed the debris and dirt at the end of every workday. Most importantly, I am very pleased with the quality of his workmanship. He truly delivers! I would not hesitate to refer or recommend him to everyone I know as I want them to experience as well the satisfaction my family and I had with his work!

I would definitely recommend Royalty Builders Inc. We had our master bathroom finished and they did a great job. Their project manager was friendly and knowledgeable during the entire process and always professional, specifically with showing up on time. All of our questions were answered in a timely manner. The work area was always kept clean at the end of the day. He took care of all permits and inspectors and all we had to do was let him know about paint and flooring. It was a pleasure working with them during the entire process and I would certainly hire Royalty Builders Inc again for any future jobs at our home.

I’d like to take a minute to comment on the quality and timeliness of the work that I recently had done on my property by Royalty Builders Inc. Not only did this company come in at the quoted price, the quality of the workmanship and materials used were far beyond expectations. This was a total renovation of an older house in Los Angeles and it required extensive replacement of electrical service, plumbing and insulation. The overall value of this property was increased far above expectations and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to do any work which required attention to detail, professional communication and cleanliness of operation during the entire process.

We hired Royalty Builders Inc. for our remodel and we were pleased with the results. We added two upstairs rooms, new roof, hardie plank siding and had the whole house painted inside and out. Our bath was completed in two weeks and our cabinets took only three days. We love the quality in the cabinets and they help us pick out the new granite countertops. When we were looking for someone to work on a total exterior renovation--roof, siding, and windows, with some new bump-out windows added in--we chose Royalty Builders Inc. based almost exclusively on their internet reviews. And now we know why they have such positive reviews. They were so great to work with--always cheerful, thoroughly professional, totally accommodating of our quirks and last-minute ideas. It was a complex job, but they handled it marvelously well. We couldn't be happier with the end result. I think they came in a little under budget, and as close to the planned completion date as the weather would allow. We will be using them again when it's time to work on the interiors in a couple of years.

I hired Royalty Builders after receiving multiple bids for different companies. Royalty Builders was one of the higher bids, however I feel that it was worth the money! My project manager was professional, caring, and responsive. The process was very simple we had 2 long meetings where I sat with Liroy the owner of the company. He explained the entire process thoroughly and created a 3-D before and after design of my home. I was able to see what the final product would be before we even started. After the 2 meetings we set a start date and end date which was spot on. Overall I had a great experience and I was very pleased with their craftsmanship, professionalism, and dedication.

My wife and I have a 2800sf home with the intent of a complete, custom remodel. Because we were planning on spending over $100,000 on the job, we spoke with 10+ contractors and decided to go with Liroy from Royalty builders for the project. The result was incredible. Liroy went above and beyond what we expected and delivered an unbelievable result for us. Nearly every surface in the house was touched: new open-concept kitchen, 2 remodeled bathrooms (including over 150sf of 1 inch glass tile in the master shower), flooring everywhere (natural wood, marble, travertine), trim throughout, custom built kitchen, bath, and office cabinets, custom built stone fireplace, new texture and paint, windows, French doors, 2 hot water heaters on recirculating pump, 2 electrical panels, etc. We were happy with each trade that Liroy brought on to help - wood floor guys, tile, trim, painters, granite, electrician, plumber, mason, etc. He was also hands on, completing much of the loose ends work himself. I don't have enough positive things to say about Liroy and all the team from Royalty Builders. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering a high-end remodel.

He continued the job my making certain we were happy with the tiling, paint color scheme, and the layout of our redone bath.
