I would highly recommend World Class Window Coverings for your window shutter needs. They did an excellent job at our rental house and the shutters dramatically changed the look of the room. The room now looks finished and polished. The staff was super nice. On time, courteous and thoughtful. They really do know what they are doing and know about providing customer service, which is a lost art. In this day and age its nice to see a company that cares. They follow up and even send reminders which greatly helps. Great company!!

First class products and service. I hired them to replace existing window treatments with custom build shutters. They do what they say they will do, when they say they will do it. Installation was a breeze because everything was correctly built and ready to install, the installation team were experienced, efficient, kind and courteous - not only for us, but to each other! Obviously they respect each others' skills. A pleasant experience, not the cheapest but certainly the best value for money!

My family recently moved from Michigan to CA within the last 2 months and purchased a new house. Not only did we need new furniture, we needed some type of window treatments. We went online and googled providers for plantation shutters. World Class Window Coverings was one of three stores we researched. My wife and I made a visit to their business showroom and were very happy from the start to finish. We were greeted by two representatives who were positive people with smiles on their faces. The office manager (Melisa Yocum, spouse of Dustin, owner.) made a call to Dustin (out on another appointment) to get in touch with us to set up an appointment for showing various window treatment products. Dustin gave us a call within a couple of hours that day and we set up a viewing a couple of days later. Dustin was punctual and very professional in his presentation. He was at our house approx. an hour and a half showing us various window treatments and their qualities. He also gaves us a price during that time frame. We purchased 9 plantation shutters for the house, paid a deposit for the special order and the order was made that day. We were told it would take approx. 6-8 weeks before the shutters would be in. Office personel e-mailed us 3 various times to keep us informed on how the order was progressing. The order came in 7 1/2 weeks and we were contacted to set up an installation date within 1 week of the call. We were also e-mailed besides the call. On the day of installation a crew of 4 men came to the house unloaded shutters and proper installation tools. 2 of the men left to another job site and the other 2 proceeded to install the shutters and 1 solar shade (ordered 2 weeks prior to the shutters being delivered), 4 hours later the job was completed. The men were extremely neat before, during, and after the job was completed. They set down tarps at each window and when finished used a shop vac to clean up any excess materials. My wife and I were very happy with the end product. Dustin was there during the process and made sure everything was done in an efficient manner. The installation of the shutters and shade completed the look and feel of our house. We are so glad that we picked World Class Window Coverings as the store to do business with. I found World Class Window Coverings during a Costco demonstration and I am so pleased. Their estimates were reasonable. The sales staff was respectful and polite while in my home. The installer was efficient without seeming rushed. He even found a problem with one of the blinds and had a new one ordered immediately. I could not have asked for a better purchase or installation experience.

This is a class act business!! I was shopping for windows coverings and found World Class Window Coverings online. While I had made several other estimate appointments, the reviews were so good for World Class that I decided to request an estimate from them too. Once Dustin made the estimate visit, I knew they were the best choice for me. The estimate appointment was done with email and scheduled in a timely manner – I loved this. Dustin was professional and helped me make the right selection for my windows. His product knowledge was impressive and I felt confident with his counsel. My install was today - Dustin and Jose installed the window coverings in no time and vacuumed up after their work was complete. The most amazing thing was that Dustin washed his hands before installing the window coverings. I purchased white sheer shading for two windows and he wanted to ensure that he didn’t get them dirty. I’ve had lots of workers and contractors at the house and that attention to detail is rare… Melisa and Dustin’s communication is outstanding. I was kept informed at all times – I did not need to follow up with them, they were pro-active with me. They are both extremely respectful and this is appreciated. Bottom line is that I am absolutely thrilled with my new window coverings. They exceed my expectations and give the two rooms a soft feel. I will do business with Dustin and Melisa again and would also highly recommend World Class Window Coverings.
