Working with Young and Borlik was creative, collaborative, educational, efficient, and most of all, exciting and fun. Most importantly, they were patient, and really listened to what I wanted in my home design, and the final design was more beautiful than I ever could have imagined. Young & Borlik have a great architect named Christina Stidham. she is full of enthusiam and goes out of her way for her clients. She knows the ins and outs of the City systems which makes hings move more smoothly . I have used her on two different large house projects and one small and both contractors ive used loved and raved about her and her great designs She created . She is very timely when responding to e mails and very good with communications thru out your projects. i loved working with her and would use her for my next project.. Young and Borlike designed and improved both my house and my daughter's. They did a stunning job on both and their plans were so complete and easy to follow that the contractor raved about them. Y&B know all the codes and work with the City to get the permits so there are no problems.

We have worked with Steve Borlik twice! First time was major remodel, second time was adding a partial second story onto the house. Steve was an amazing resource who was willing to listen to what we wanted to achieve and help figure out a way to make it happen. He understands the various Palo Alto building requirements very well and we successfully finished both projects and are quite happy with the results. I highly recommend Steve!

Andrew Young has done two projects where Korts & Knight has been responsible for the interiors and custom cabinetry for the project. Andrew does a great job of dealing with the clients and their needs. He is thoughtful, mindful of the budget, and cooperative with not only his clients but other professionals called in to work on the project. The project in Menlo Park turned out beautifully. The second project, while 85% designed, had a twist because the clients moved back to their home country before the project could be brought out of the ground.
