Architects, Architecture Firms, & Building Designers Near Spencer

“We came to Edward with ideas; he listened to us and added his creativity and expertise; and now we have the beautiful lake home we envisioned. Edward was a great partner through the whole process, and that includes working with our building contractors and suppliers along the way. First class architectural design service!”

“Working with Bergland + Cram was seamless, from start to finish. This little house has come a long way from the first time I stepped through its doorway in Fall 2020. I am so appreciative to have worked with such a detail-oriented architect and designer on this project. Andy Meyer and Scott Borcherding listened carefully and integrated how I wanted to live in this (relatively small) house into every conversation we had about renovation and design. All design decisions honored the age and style of this 1960's era A-frame. They were creative in finding ways to brighten up dark spaces and add additional storage whenever possible. This is a house that lives much bigger than its square footage would suggest! Thank you B+C for such a great experience!”
