TECTA associates

TECTA associates is a San Francisco based architectural, interior design and branding firm that specializes in the design of retail and restaurant spaces, commercial and office properties as well as residential projects. TECTA also has recently opened a Los Angeles office. We have been working with large and small companies since our inception in 1985, and have a great deal of experience and exposure with codes and jurisdictions. Our practice specializes in designing retail and restaurant buildings and spaces. Our clients have included landlords (Westfield, Weingarten Realty, Simon Group, JMB Realty) as well as retailers (MAC, Bare Escentuals, Fed Ex Office, Macy’s, Starbucks, Borders Books, TJX, Walgreens, Taco Bell and Yum Brands). Our projects include shell retail centers, retail and food service buildings, and tenant improvements. We have a great deal of experience implementing retail guidelines, and our field support staff are experts at holding builders to the task.
