Zerafa Studio LLC. is a boutique multidisciplinary design consultancy in New York City. Our SOHO-based studio, founded in 2005 by Jason M Zerafa, then a Senior Associate Principal at Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates, was created to provide both domestic and International clients with an experienced building-design team, capable of working in a fast paced collaborative environment with client groups and specialty consultants. We provide Architectural design consulting services that range from early stage concept design and feasibility studies, through detailed-design drawings and package-specific construction documents for a range of projects types.

Jason Zerafa of Zerafa Studio in New York designed a modern riverfront home in Canada for us. Working with an Architect of this caliber was new to us, but Jason led us through a very detailed and clear process to determine what we wanted, explore what was special about our site, and learn how the design would unfold. From the early stage concept studies through to the construction, Jason’s talent and commitment to our project resulted in a beautiful and unique home, one that we love.

As a The Construction Manager at The RiverHouse Project, Zerafa Studio was unlike any design firm I had worked with to date. Their drawing package was so extensive and carefully detailed that we had a clear guide to price and build the house. Jason’s involvement throughout the entire construction process and insistence on quality helped us bring the project to fruition at a very high level for the client while staying within the budgetary constraints.
