“I am a designer in Illinois and love her work! I have purchased art from Salt and Light Studios on line as well as hired LouAnn at Salt and Light Studios to create small glass art projects as well as large custom art glass jobs. Our last collaboration was for a client’s home with a "lonely" wall, the project needed to be breathtaking. It was more than breathtaking, now it never goes unnoticed! The finished piece was 5' x 8' and 256 glass tiles. UNBELIEVABLE!!! The client is thrilled the outcome, it’s an amazing forever piece. She was able to create and install the wall of glass by pictures of the home and dimensions of the wall space. Everything went smoothly and effortlessly even know it was designed it long distance! LouAnn has an amazing eye for design, she has a superior sense of color, texture and how the light travels with the glass. Her design recommendations for my projects are spot on and honestly I could not imagine designing such amazing special pieces. I just give her an idea of what we were am interested in and she creates!!! I highly recommend Salt and Light Studios for anyone wanting a beautiful one of a kind item with a sense of meaning and love in each piece. Next I am purchasing a few of the Echoes next, look them up, they won’t disappoint. I love to put a lil happy in all the homes I work in, Salt and Light Studios is my go to Artist.”

“I have been familiar with James Fox's art work for some time. Knowing the level of his talent ,I was certain he would be able to complete a commissioned painting for me that met all of my specifications. From the beginning of the process until the delivery of the completed work ,everything went smoothly. That is significant since I live in Michigan and Jim is in Florida. When I contacted Jim about the project he was enthusiastic and listened to all of what I had to say. I explained that I wanted the painting to be done in the style of a particular artist , that it had to be dramatic, and I suggested some themes that would be acceptable. We even discussed color tones. We went over all these details at length ,agreed on the cost and work began. Within two weeks Jim had sent me a sketch of what he had in mind. We were certainly on the same page. Next he sent me a color copy of what he was doing. I made some suggestions which he readily included in the finished piece. When the painting was completed we discussed framing options. Jim sent me pictures of various frames that he thought complemented the painting. We agreed on one and he had his framer take it from there. The picture was shipped to me framed and ready to hang. It now is the focal point of a collection of nautical paintings where it has been receiving admiration from everyone who sees it.
