“Boston Premier Remodeling did our bathroom renovation. Nick was fabulous to work with. His vendors were high quality and we were super happy with the end result, There were a few hiccups as there always is with a renovation, one that we had was defective tiles. Nick immediately brought this to our attention and helped us to find a solution. What we loved most about working with Nick was his responsiveness. Whenever we had a question. He was always reachable. Overall, a very pleasant experience start to finish.”

“I have been working with Joshua Alan as my interior designer on the renovation of my gentrified wool factory loft, starting with the foyer and currently continuing with the bathroom. We already have plans to work together on the study and office, the kitchen, and the living room as well, which should already say a lot about the level of trust I have in him and his work. Josh is very good at listening and truly understanding what a client likes. He has a strong ability to translate abstract preferences and feelings into concrete visual directions. He consistently prepares thoughtful references and proposals, often hitting my taste very accurately from the start. At the same time, he is flexible and open to feedback, and when something does not quite work, he pivots quickly and proposes clear, well reasoned alternatives. He has a great visual sense, a wide range of ideas, and is comfortable exploring multiple design solutions rather than pushing a single approach. When challenges arise, whether conceptual, technical, or budget related, he focuses on finding solutions and clearly explaining what should be done next. I also appreciate that when I asked him to look for more affordable options, he was able to do so without compromising the overall vision. Josh is very communicative and reliable. He regularly visits the site, stays on top of progress, keeps me informed, and clearly outlines next steps. He works with a solid, professional crew and adapts well when circumstances change or when I come in with specific requests. On top of that, he is transparent about his pricing, which makes collaboration straightforward and comfortable. I intend to continue working with Josh on the remaining parts of my property and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an interior designer who combines strong visual skills, good listening, practical problem solving, and dependable execution.”

“Dennis and his team at Molla Builders came to our rescue after a leak in our master bathroom shower led to a complete gut and rebuild - something we were entirely unprepared for. From the start, Dennis handled every step with exceptional attention to detail and professionalism. He provided invaluable guidance when working with our insurance company, delivered remarkably accurate scheduling and budgeting, and offered honest, thoughtful input when it came to selecting materials. Once work began, the Molla Builders team truly shined. Every person who entered our home was friendly, respectful, professional, and highly skilled. Even in the middle of construction - when our toilet and bathtub were temporarily sitting in the hallway — they made sure our home remained neat and organized. The finished bathroom exceeded our expectations in every way. My wife and I are already brainstorming future projects just so we can work with Dennis and his team again. Highly recommend.”
