My husband and I are very dissatisfied with the work that was done on our kitchen countertops. I was told by Hom Kitchen and Bath that they would take pictures of my complaint. No one has come out. After we made final payment, we never heard from them again. We will be having another company try to make the seam look less apparent.

Shannon, our designer, was wonderful to work with and made helpful suggestions and got everything organized smoothly. Shannon truly listened to what we wanted and provided us with a historically styled kitchen that we were seeking. The cost was exactly what was quoted. The quote was line item, specific, and the process was completely transparent. Everyone who came to the house was friendly and professional. We would definitely plan to use Hom by Warhall and our designer Shannon for our next remodel project (specifically our master bathroom).

We are so pleased with the work that Hom by Warhall did in our 1928 home. We absolutely love our kitchen and master bath! The design of our master closet gained us much more usable space. They were very easy to work with, and we met our timeline and budget. We would definitely work with them again on future projects.

The HOM design team has been exceptional to work with. They specialize in streamlining the process and making a potentially daunting project actually fun. What we loved most is the ability to make decisions along the way without feeling overwhelmed. Shannon and her team were great at narrowing down options based on our feedback. The quality of the product and workmanship is second to none. Additionally, the follow up and attention to detail after the project was completed was amazing. We were looking for a design company to remodel an office/study to a home bar. Miranda of HOM was the designer who helped us and we were so grateful for her assistance. She was so helpful, patient and creative. She visited with us before narrowing the numerous choices regarding countertops, backsplash, and colors. It simplified the process greatly. Miranda supervised all of the subcontractors so efficiently we felt very comfortable being out of town during the construction. We've never had a remodel job completed on time until we met Miranda. We will certainly use HOM and Miranda again. In fact, we won't consider using anyone else.
