I don’t love reviewing people negatively but I’ve gone from giving these guys 5 stars to now being pretty unhappy with their customer service. There were chips in the counter and bathroom after they installed it and the seam at my sink was not well done. They also miscut my soapstone to the wrong size, which was fine, I went in and chose another material, without so much as a fuss. I told them right away, and my contractor did as well. After a literal year of saying they would come and fix them they now have told us to go pay someone else to fix it because they are too busy. Wouldn’t care if I caused the chips but I didn’t, hence the 1 star. Great at the start, don’t expect a warranty or post instal care if things don’t go well.
