Timeless Stone & Granite

We choose Timeless Stone & Granite for major projects on three of our homes. All were completed seamlessly and look fantastic. Melanie is very knowledgable and her crew were excellent to work with.

We had Timeless Stone & Granite replaced the vanity’s counter top in our two bathrooms, and they were excellent to work with from start to finish. Every member of the team is well qualified and professional. Everything was explained clearly to help us make decisions that we were comfortable with, follow-ups were great to keep the project on track, the execution was flawless and the price was very fair, so we feel that we received excellent value. Highly recommended.

Melanie replaced our granite kitchen countertops and large island with quartz. I had a hard time finding exactly what I was looking for and she was extremely helpful in finding something we love. The installers did an excellent job especially Ahmad. They were very careful and payed a lot of attention to detail. We would definitely recommend Melanie and Timeless Stone and Granite.

The combination of Melanie ,Lloyd, and Lance transformed our typical Craig Bay bathroom to something amazing. Melanie was instrumental in guiding us for all the tile, plumbing design, fixtures, and layout choices. The ensuite is now handicap friendly and accessible but very smartly styled. We chose a retro basket weave tile for the all the floor and a complementary 1’ X 2’ Italian tile for the walls and pony wall. - heated floor too. The adjustable height, flip out, and waterproof seat outside the shower is really cool. Lance built a floor to ceiling white wooden linen cupboard with frosted glass doors and 3 drawers on the bottom. Everything very functional and looks great!

We really appreciated the help that Melanie gave us with design and selection of materials where we came to Timeless Stone & Granite with vague ideas about a few home improvement projects that we were thinking of starting. Absolutely do not recommend timeless stone and granite. There were several mistakes made and Melanie took absolutely no accountability and was extremely rude I do not recommend
