“We used Pecasa for an 8m x 5m flat roof garden room and I would happily have Patrick back tomorrow. We went into this knowing it wasn't a simple project. Sloping site, screw pile foundations, a building that had to work as an office, a media room and a gym all at once, and a fair bit of coordination between our designer, building control and the trades. Patrick handled all of it calmly and never made a problem feel like our problem. When something needed solving, he came with a solution rather than a list of reasons why it couldn't be done. The team he brought with him were outstanding. Skilled, hard working, unbelievably tidy, and a genuinely good people! They clearly take pride in their work and it shows in the bits nobody would ever see as much as the bits you do. My wife, kids, dog and I all felt completely at ease with them on site from day one which is not something you can say about every crew. On top of that Patrick and his entire team are straightforward, reliable and easy to deal with, which counts for an enormous amount when someone is working in your garden for weeks on end. Genuinely one of the best trades decisions we have made. Highly recommended.”

“I ordered a Ketton summerhouse in September. It was delivered on time and errected within 3 hours. I'm really pleased with the quality and the efficiency of the chaps that installed it. Unfortunately due to the very wet weather we have just had, the doors expanded, so I was unable to shut them. With just one phone call, Phoenix arranged for Shaun to come and adjust the hinges etc, leaving me with a water tight building. I'm really happy with my purchase and would recommend Phoenix to anyone considering buying a garden building.”

“i3 undertook a bespoke project to design and build our garden wellness pod in our small SW London Garden. The pod provided storage for bicycles as well as providing a space that was then subsequently fitted out by a sauna specialist as an authentic finish sauna. From the outset i3 were incredibly proactive in thinking through the big picture design, the detailed look and feel as well as basic functional requirements. i3 were incredibly responsive to our requests and were extremely client focussed. For the build itself, the contractors were incredibly professional, responded to our requests and finished the job to a high finish with minimal snagging.”
