“Excellent EV charger install — flexible, communicative, and high-quality work Rock Electric installed an external outdoor EV charger for my Rivian, including mounting it inside an external steel housing unit I'd purchased online. The housing was admittedly overkill and tricky to work with, but Angel, the electrician, did a fantastic job — clean, careful installation that passed inspection on the first try (yesterday evening). Jacob, who handled post-sales coordination and communication, was equally stellar. The team flexibly communicated via phone, email, and text — I ended up using all three depending on what was convenient, and they rolled with it without missing a beat. Kyle on the pre-sales side set the right expectations going in. All-in, the estimate/quote matched the final bill. I can't say that I've seen this happen often these days. Big kudos to the team. Constructive feedback --- pre-sales process only (people were great) Two things stood out as opportunities, both at the front end of the customer journey: (1) BuilderTrend portal is confusing. Beyond general usability, the nomenclature in the digital portal didn't consistently match what the teams used in conversation, which led me to hesitate more than once in the process. I'm a new home owner, so I was a bit more careful given the work is electrical in nature. (2) Customer acquisition process is repetitive. You end up entering or sharing the same information multiple times — online and then again in person. It didn't make me reconsider going with Rock Electric (their work and people are clearly worth it), but it's the kind of friction that could cost them a less-committed customer at the sign-up stage. From a sales standpoint, this is exactly the kind of friction that quietly leaks deals before the actual work even begins — and it's also a high-ROI opportunity. The craftsmanship and communication on the back end are already excellent; tightening up intake would let more customers actually reach that experience. -------- Big thanks to Angel (Electrician), Jacob (Post-Sales), and Kyle (Pre-Sales). “I hired CDT Electrical group for Electrial problems that 2 other electrial companies could not find the problem for. It is a new house and the orginal electrian did not do a very good job. I had multiple problems, One problem was the sheetrockers covered over the electrical box. The Wiring was missed wired list went on. Clinton came in with-in 20 min he was able to find the problems, fix them all at a very resonable price. I would highly recommend Clinton he is honest, reliable, and very knowledgeable.”

“We have found the best electrical service in the area. We have tried a couple of others over the years and they were okay. We had another company that we set an appointment with a week ago this past Monday. On Monday they never showed up and I called them and they said they had to cancel due to Covid. We gave them our phone # and email address but we were never contacted. So I called several other electricians in the area and could not get anyone, voicemail, no answer or were booked up. I called Benchmark on Monday but got voice mail also. A few minutes later Ed, from Benchmark, called me back. I gave him our problem and he called us Tuesday and came out to look at the project (small job). He was very pleasant and personable. It was a pleasure to be able to have a genuine smile, great attitude and professional demeanor rolled into one. (Not very many of these lately). He gave us an estimate and said he would be out that afternoon or out today. He called late yesterday and said his men would be out this morning at 09:00AM. They were a few minutes early and had the job done in an hour. The men were also very personable, informative and knowledgeable. Very professional crew.
