“flooded kitchen caused damage to cabinets, countertop and floors. Insurance company recommended A. Molly (Advanced DRI) for remediation and restoration. Remediation team sealed-off damaged area and ran multiple units to removed moisture and attempt to dry-out the damaged hard-wood floors and remove flooring and cabinets that could not be adequately dried. A. Molly team removed all demolished flooring and cabinets from home. A.Molly submitted a restoration estimate to my insurance company and, after approval, ordered new flooring, cabinets, countertops molding and various other items required to restore the kitchen. The restoration team member were professional, courteous and highly skilled. The team took no shortcuts and dealt with a number of 'unexpected' situations promptly and professionally. The team coordination with other craftsmen (electrical, plumbing, flooring) required for the overall job. I am absolutely and completely satisfied with the quality of the materials used, the skilled craftsmen who installed the materials and the quality and look of the entire restoration. An 11 in a scale of 1 - 10!”

Our first experience with another Servpro left a bad impression of the company. Our insurance company sent out a different division. I was very pleased. Jack was very friendly, prompt and explained anything that I had questions about. The team sent out to do the work were also friendly, prompt and worked around my morning schedule. The home was sealed off with plastic and zippers which made it a cleaner experience than in the past. Everything was left clean, any mess/debris were always cleaned up at the end of the work day. I'm not looking forward to anymore water issues, but I know if there was.....I would without a doubt use this SERVPRO team for any clean up/restoration. :)”
