During the winter storm of the Vernon offered to send out some of his employees to assist the neighbors in Dignowity Hill if they were having any plumbing problems since a lot of pipes were breaking and lost of a people were with out water and power. I saw the post and put it in the back of my mind later that day I was talking to my mom and she told me that our water heater had went out but she wasn’t sure if it was just the pilot light that had blew out from the wind or something more. My dad was unable to check it out as he was dealing with health issues, she being elderly has her own medical problems that cause her limitations and me myself I really have no idea how to begin with lighting a hot water heater. I told her about the post I had saw earlier that day and got the number to BRC group. We called and spoke to Beatrice and she stated she would see if she could get some one out. She soon called back and started she wasn’t able to get anyone out that evening but the next morning the owner Vernon would come check it out we set the appointment. He arrived in a timely manner and it was a simple fix as it was just the pilot that needed to be relit. We were very pleased with the service provided and my mom says she will definitely be calling aging next time she needs something worked on.

The work was done very well and communication was very good through out the process. I have been looking for a trustworthy organization to handle my remodeling needs and I think I found it.

We hired BRC Remodeling Group to demo and rebuild a 2 story wraparound porch on my mother’s 100 year old house. They did an outstanding job! The team was super friendly and respectful of my mom’s property in that they cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. We asked for a couple of changes along the way and Vernon was quick to incorporate those changes. I especially appreciated the great communication from Beatrice, the one who keeps it all together :-). Thank you BRC for making the process flow so easily.

The BRC team was professional and treated our time and our home with respect. They were on time, responded to questions quickly ans did a thorough job. The only delay was due to a custom ordered part that was delayed by COVID. Even then they kept me in the loop. I’ll hire them again.

BRC Remodeling Group did an outstanding job! They remodeled my entire home- kitchen, guest and master bath, fireplace. It was completely gutted and redone. They added 200 sqft to enlarge Master bathroom. Staff is so great to work with and they take the time to listen to your requests/opinions. Since I live outside of the U.S., it was very important for me to find a San Antonio-based company to remodel the home I grew up in. BRC took my project very seriously and delivered what can be regarded as a new house. Given the distance between the location of the project in San Antonio and my home in Germany it was also very important for me to work with a trustworthy company, and I was not disappointed.Throughout all phases of the project, BRC provided me regular updates and responded quickly to any questions I had. The budget was met and most important, the craftsmanship is stellar! If you are considering any remodeling projects, I can wholeheartedly recommend the professionals at BRC!

BRC did a great job for us. We hired them to remove an office, replace/repair our drop ceiling and add ceiling fans to our facility. They were very professional completed the job on time, at estimated costs. I had used them before to replace the roof and complete electrical repairs and they proved they were more than capable then, and after this job I will be contacting them in the future as we continue to improve our facility.

It was a real pleasure to have a company like BRC to help finish building our backyard deck. After our first contractor failed to deliver a finish product, we called BRC and they were more than happy to take on the job. Their staff not only delivered a beautiful finished product within the allotted time but they were very knowledgeable, polite and helpful through this very stressful project. I was very pleased that the staff cleaned their work area at the end of each working day. And the owner come out and walked the job site to ensure we were satisfied with our new deck. BRC did a complete bathroom remodel for us in 2019. The project was to update a second bathroom to be suitable for guests but also stand up to daily use by young children. In addition, we wanted to reconfigure some space that was taken up by an awkward built-in. The BRC team was really attentive to how the space would be used, and the end result is just what we were hoping for - spacious, bright, and sturdy enough for kids. We knew it would be a little risky starting a big project right before the holidays, and demolition revealed some old-house issues that needed to be addressed as part of the project. We were given a lot of information about how the construction would be impacted, and ultimately the project finished on schedule. We appreciated that our questions during the process were all addressed in a timely way. As remodeling projects go, this one was a breeze from start to finish and we would definitely consider BRC for future renovation plans.

BRC did various repairs on my home including replacing doors, replacing rotten wood, and plumbing work. They did a great job. They completed the repairs quickly and for a fair price. The cost of the plumbing work was significantly less than what other plumbers had estimated. The customer service was also great. They quickly responded to any questions I had and were very friendly and professional.

The work was excellent. Workers put our bathrooms back together after a leak from the upstairs shower to the downstairs bathroom ceiling. The leak was fixed by the plumbers but our upstairs bathroom shower stall needed to be re-tiled where the tiles had been removed to find the leak and the ceiling in the downstairs bathroom needed to be replaced as it had a gaping hole. The shower tiles were matched, hardiebacker board installed to prevent further leaks and shower re-grouted and sealed. The downstairs bathroom ceiling was repaired, repainted and crown moulding applied and now looks better than the original. Appreciated the excellent work, the competitive quote, the great communication from the office and repairman regarding what work we wanted done and the beautiful finished product. The whole process from requesting a quote to finished work went smoothly and was at a great price.

WE hired this company to repair a shower in our bathroom. They were very professional. Finished in a timely manner. Cleaned up after themselves. We were very pleased. The repair work was wonderful. You will be glad you hired them.

After soliciting multiple quotes for a kitchen and master bath remodel we chose BRC Remodeling. Ultimately we went with the kitchen only and delayed the master bath to a later date. Kitchen remodels are expensive and we wanted it done right as we don't intend on doing this again anytime soon. Total cost was roughly $48K for a complete gut, design and remodel including opening up a large section of wall along the living room opening doorways and building out an island that didn't previously exist (every appliance location moved) we also included some new LVP flooring that we didn't originally anticipate. Cabinets are exceptional, all custom soft close doors, Lazy Susan, pull-outs, draws for pots and pans...So very worth it for the custom cabinetry. We purchased our own appliances so only the install was included in the remodel price. Overall it was a real pleasure working with Vernon, Oscar and Beatrice. They were very responsive and eager to please. Communication was great and the work crews were very pleasant and respectful. I want to say something about the design process. BRC uses a designer not part of the company, the process is a little slow and you will pay $3600 upfront for designs and renderings with potentially more invoicing outside of the contract you sign with BRC. You are made well aware of this upfront. Just budget appropriately because we ended up paying roughly $5100 for designs and renderings (which is probably reasonable considering we got designs for a kitchen and master bath), just know depending on the scope of your project the design/renderings cost may grow. What we ended up with in terms of design is probably the best solution for our space, but it did come at a cost. Bottom line though...We are quite happy with our new kitchen and get WOWS every time we have a visitor over! I want to stress again how great it was working with Vernon, Oscar and Beatrice...We would certainly recommend BRC to friends or family and certainly consider using them again for other projects.

We hired BRC remodeling to do a complete remodel of our 1960’s master and guest bathroom. This involved a total tear down of existing cabinetry, flooring, walk in shower etc. Remodel included custom cabinetry, granite counter tops, new tile/flooring, new tub/toilets and glass doors for shower and around tub. Lighting was updated, and they also replaced a regular door to master bath with a sliding door and rebuilt parts of our walk-in closet to accommodate new cabinetry. Here are my thoughts about specific issues: Cost: I got bids from several companies, BRC was reasonable for scope of project. Design Team: Working with the design team in the beginning was a plus because both bathrooms are very small, and we had to have maximum use of space. The design team came up with a great plan and selected ALL the materials which I appreciated. I absolutely love the look of both bathrooms. Note: we did have an issue with the design team wanting to charge extra for additional phone calls/consults after the original design was completed but this was resolved after speaking with Vernon. Quality: All sub-contractors did good work, some better than others. Demo person was excellent. You could not even tell he was in our house-worked quietly and left area very clean. Tile workers had to re-do small areas of shower tile, but this was not a big issue. Painters were messy but BRC did provide (at no cost to us) a person to come and clean up after. All subcontractors were polite and professional. Timeliness: With any remodel project there are bound to be delays. Some of the delays in our project I felt could have been avoided. For example, tile workers did not refer to design drawings which caused them to have to redo shower niches, it also caused them to run out of floor tile and then we had to wait for additional tile to be ordered. The same thing happened with master closet build out-it was built incorrectly the first time and had to be re-built. The subcontractor for the glass shower door had to redo and then “could not find” our shower door and had to redo it again. One toilet install was delayed because the plumber showed up without the toilet, thinking we had already picked it up. We also had to wait about a week or two for our tub to be back in stock which held everything up. While these were mostly minor issues, they did contribute to the overall delay of the project. All in all, it took close to 3 months for both bathrooms to be completed which was about double the initial estimated time. Responsiveness/Professionalism: Vernon and his team really shine here. Our on-site manager Oscar was in touch with us almost every day and visited the site several times/week. He always responded quickly to calls or text messages and was completely professional and very patient with our many questions. Vernon and Oscar worked hard to resolve any issues that came up and made sure that we were happy with the end result. Beatrice at the main office was also extremely polite and responsive. In the end, we are very satisfied with our new bathrooms and can recommend BRC for your next remodel project.

We needed BRC to repair some rotten wood on the front and rear of our home. Our experience with BRC was OUTSTANDING. Vernon and the team were VERY pleasant to work with, responsive, efficient, and helpful. We will use them again! I recommend them enthusiastically!

All of his work has helped my houses rent, and eventually sell at full market value. The BRC team recently did some work on the exterior of our personal homestead, and we couldn’t be more pleased. They offer fair pricing, are realistic with their scheduling, and I have noticed them go above and beyond consistently. I highly recommend them for any job, big or small.

Our kitchen is perfect. Thanks to the BRC team, our simple cookie cutter home has a beautiful kitchen. The craftsmanship on our island is especially outstanding. We were working on other parts of the house at the same time the BRC team was working on the kitchen (flooring, painting, etc.). BRC was happy to coordinate their work around our needs. We did have a few small concerns which we raised directly with them and it was addressed immediately and professionally. Our project ended pretty much on schedule (a few days past the agreed date but I always felt that they were doing what they needed to get done in the time they needed to get it done right). We are very happy customers and highly recommend BRC. We have other projects in mind and will definitely be seeking their services again.

We loved everyone at BRC!!! Love the way our remodel for a secondary bathroom looks! The finishes are nice and we are happy. I wish we would have had the grout sealed so it would have been completed, but we will one day get to that! :o)

BRC helped me with my remodeling project . We replaced the siding and the roof and remodeled my kitchen and 2 bathrooms. While the designer initially slowed the project due to bad communication , once the work was started I was impressed by their work extremely. I am very happy with my beatiful remodeled house ! It has been almost a year since BRC completed the remodeling of our master bath. Because of the time that has passed, I can offer my perspective after enjoying the renovated space for several months. There are three areas that I would like to address: Cost: Our bathroom remodeling project involved a total tear down of our vanities, floor tile, spa bath, and separate walk- in shower to be replaced with granite countertops, new cabinets with soft-close drawers, rebuilt shower and bath with a deep tub, new lighting, storage towers on the vanity, new flooring, and a new wrap around framed mirror. In addition, a pull-out drawer with an outlet for appliances was installed. I received several estimates from well-known companies in the area. By far, my estimate from BRC through Vernon Bryant was the most reasonable and inclusive. For us, cost was the most important consideration. Quality: Of course, a low cost would be meaningless without excellent quality. From the beginning, we were in touch with the design team from BRC, selecting our materials and benefitting from expert advice. During the renovation process, Tony supervised our project and was completely responsive to every question that we asked. He was on site several times a week if not daily, and he kept in touch with us consistently by phone when that was the best way to communicate. As with most remodeling projects, we did encounter some problems with unforeseen issues. But, the adjustments in cost were entirely reasonable. Also, we allowed a margin of additional time for our project in anticipation of the unexpected. Reliability: BRC has proven to be a company that takes pride in its work and its commitment to customer service. After several months of absolutely loving our new master bath, I did have a few minor concerns. When I called BRC, Vernon assessed the issues and arranged to have each one resolved. So here I am today, speaking to you with a long-range perspective about the work that BRC provides. I would like to thank Vernon, Charnell, Beatrice, Tony, and so many other BRC craftsmen whose names I unfortunately cannot recall for all of their dedicated work.

We hired BRC to remodel our first home. We needed our kitchen completely redone, roof replaced, paint throughout, new floors in 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Having so much work done on our first home was daunting. We had some hiccups with delivery of the cabinets due to the manufacturer and were informed of such immediately. BRC was flexible with our work schedules and kept us in the loop with any changes to our timeline. Vernon came out to check on the status multiple times to ensure things were on track. Our kitchen is beautiful. Charnell was enthusiastic and helped guide us in our options and budget parameters. We've received so many compliments from our friends and family on our kitchen.

BRC did a great job on our bath to shower remodel. It was beautiful when it was finished. While they were working, they kept the work area neat and were very careful not to track dust into the rest of the house.

We were having a hard time getting the repairs done from the big hail storm in 2016. Between battling with the insurance company and finding someone reliable to handle the work, we were not having a good time. We are so grateful that BRC remodeling was able to come out and finish the work that needed to be done. It's nice to drive up to the house and not be reminded of that horrible storm.

i bought a house that needed to be completely remodeled and brc did a amazing job the company gave them 4 months to complete the job it took them 1 month they did the foundation floors plumbing the works they were easy to get in touch with and always on time i will continue to use this company in the future i really appreciate everything they did and they continue to follow up to make sure everything is good at the house

Our master bathroom project required plumbing work, moving electrical outlets and lighting and installing custom cabinets. One BRC crew did the electrical and plumbing work and a second the cabinets. Both crews were personable, proficient and did exceptional work, I was amazed that after the electrical adjustments were completed, the repair work was so good that I was unable to tell where the outlets hard been originally. We were quite pleased with the final product, and would recommend BRC to anyone looking to do renovations on their home.

BRC added a walk-in closet and master bathroom to an existing bedroom. Built everything new from the ground up. Everyone was very kind, professional and easy to work with. Designers helped my ideas come together and look amazing. Project manager was a great communicator and pushed to keep all sub contractors on track. Thanks BRC for the beautiful tile, hard wood, and sparkly quartz. I love my rejuvenating bathroom and luxurious bedroom.

I have been involved in residential real estate investment properties over the last five years and involved in process improvement over the past 15 years. I recently engaged BRC remodeling to remodel two rental properties. Let me say that they are top notch and have a great process on property rehabs! I met with Vernon initially on the first property and then worked with Brian as the project manager on both jobs. Beatrice holds the fort down in the office and made sure to call me every week to see if I had any questions or concerns, They are all very professional! BRC performed the work when they said they would at a fair price. When I needed changes made to they work, they did it the right way through change orders. There were no surprises. They will be at the top of my list for future rehabs.

Remodeled three bathrooms. Two were completely gutted and in the third we kept the original vanity and linen closet. In the third bathroom, we converted the tub to a walk-in shower. The crew was great to work with. Very accommodating and extremely professional. They were quick to respond to issues.

BRC was recommended by a friend who had remodeled their kitchen with BRC. We called the company are requested a visit for an complete interior remodeling of our 14-year-old home. From the beginning, Charnell, Vernon, and Tony were more then professional, they were also friendly. The estimate was done by the owner of the company Vernon and nothing that we wanted done was impossible for them. Our remodeling consisted of new wood floors throughout, carpeting in bedroom, new kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, new paint throughout with different colors in master suite and accent wall, new tile in kitchen and fireplace, new granite in kitchen and ensuite, and new glass shower enclosure in ensuite, repair and paint garage, and new lighting throughout house.. The estimate that we were given never increased unless we asked for upgrades which we did. Several times we asked for changes or upgrades and they always accommodated. Even with the changes requested by us the project was complete on time as promised. This was a major renovation and we are so pleased with the work that BCR did that we've contracted them to come back next month to do phase two of our renovation. You will not go wrong hiring BCR for your construction needs. Highly recommend them.

Full house remodel. Removed popcorn ceiling throughout home. Redid floors, painted interior of whole house. Completely redid kitchen from cabinets to baseboards. Basically redid the whole house but did not change structure, room layouts or walls. Very easy to work with. Pleasant, professional and would rehire again. Actually expecting a quote for another project.

BRC Remodeling Group provided excellent service and price when they remodeled our master bathroom in November 2015. Their crews were kind, courteous and prompt. The supervisor was available at all times for phone calls or text. Changes were discussed and agreed upon with no problems. The project was completed promptly!

This company was amazing! We had two rooms enclosed with walls and French doors and our entire downstairs floor redone! Everyday the contractors showed up on time and worked hard to get it done. There was even one time a wall was slightly uneven and they tore it down and redid it correctly without my asking. Everyone was professional and prompt and had no problem answering my millions of questions. They even cleaned up so well you couldn't even tell they were there!

This is one of the few companies that is remodeling out inside and outside. We are I the beginning process but everything has gone quite smoothly. The BRC team is wonderful!!! We needed more cabinet and island space in our kitchen. I called Charnell and we immediately started sharing ideas via HOUZZ, which was so nice to be able to do as I split my time between Denver and SA. This saved so much time is the planning and design process, which was definitely the way to do a project given everyone's busy schedules. BRC Remodeling was absolutely fantastic to work with. The work crew and staff were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The project was completed on time and surpassed my expectations. Creative suggestions added a lot to my original ideas, things I couldn't have realized were possible. The fact that they are especially conscientious of the historic nature of my home was something that was really hard to find at a reasonable price. They're just great folks and have really made my house something wonderful to come home to at the end of the day.

BRC has done several rehabs for us. We have been real estate investors for 5 years and we buy houses that need complete renovations on the inside and out to include paint, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, roof, sheetrock, flooring, windows, doors, reconfigurations. I know a lot of investors who have to fire their contractors or are not pleased with their timeline or quality of work. We hired BRC Remodeling to help us renovate some parts of a home we purchased. The major rehaul was the master bath, which was completely gutted and reconfigured. The laundry room next to the bath was enlarged. We also had them build a new large storage closet in one of the back bedrooms. They also did some minor things such as removing popcorn ceilings. Our experience with BRC was awesome. The crew was there every day before I left for work. Necessary changes were discussed and signed off on when they came up (not often). The company provided a complete, detailed estimation of the work we wanted. They helped us with suggestions and found us some less expensive options for the granite countertops and cabinets. Very pleasant and professional. We are very happy with the end result and would recommend.

I love working with BRC Remodeling, they have worked on many projects for me. They have done a complete home renovation on an investment property we had. They also have done painting, flooring, plumbing and roof work on my personal home. Vernon is a professional and always takes care of us. They get in and out the his crew is fun to have around. Anythime I need anything done on my house I just give him a call and I know they will take care of it.

They did the crown molding and interior painting in my house. It was so quick and easy. The guys were great and funny.

I just had a pavestone patio built in my backyard by BRC Remodeling Group and it looks awesome. My wife and I love it. It is amazing!!! As far as the work went, the BRC group was great. BRC Remodeling Group is an excellent company. We are new to investing and they did our first house for our renters. They loved it! The pricing was reasonable, but the best thing was everything was upfront and honest. We received our bid on time and anytime we had questions or if something came up, even after the works was complete, Vernon and his team were there and got things done. I wish had gotten pictures of the project before our renters moves in. I will hire them for all our future investments and for our personal home.
