I recently hired Carl Vernon of Builda Construction to remove 2 walls to create an open concept basement. Not only did he get the job done on budget and on time, when it was all done it looked as if there were never any walls there in the first place. After he demolished the walls, he used a series of trades for flooring, drywall, electrical and painting, and the end result was exactly how I wanted it to look. I would use Carl again if I have another renovation job and I would recommend him to other people as well.

Builda Contruction was hired to complete basement foundation and waterproofing the exterior of a residential property. This was complicated as it involved other trades who were contracted to lift the existing house and excavate to allow for the construction of a full basement. They went beyond the call of duty in constructing the foundation beyond the minimum required standards. My structural engineer was very comfortable with Carl's ability. Brining in the steel beams were very challenging but was executed well. In every project challenges occur and mine was no exception. Importantly, they proceeded diligently in working through obstacles and their quote did not change for what was outlined in the contract. Months after the job was completed a cosmetic finished required addressing and they came back and looked after it with no added cost. I would recommend and use their services in the future. SV
