Chermac Builders Inc remodeled our bathroom and the job turned out outstanding. From the Owner to employees all were very professional.

We had a bathroom remodel project, and Chermac Builders, Inc. was phenomenal. Mark and Jerry were easy to work with and were always professional. They constantly communicated the next steps re: the project and let us know of any unforeseen "surprises" along the way. The shower installation, baseboards, and tile floor/grout work came out beautifully. We highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again for future home "updates."

Mark and his crew at Chermac are kind, professional, and have incredible talent when it comes to remodeling. They just finished remodeling our bathroom and it's better than we could have imagined. The attention they have to small details is incredible. The retexture wall work they did matches the existing wall perfectly, I can't even tell where they patched the wall! I can't find a trace of stray paint marks anywhere. They have extensive knowledge on quality materials and even recommended color schemes that made our bathroom pop. They are quick to respond, take time in their work (it shows), are completely professional, and are absolutely kind. We are so glad we chose Chermac for our remodel.

My wife and I are octogenarians, and decided a few years ago to remain in our house, aging in place. This required some modifications to bring it up to ADA standards, and we hired Chermac a couple of years ago to design and build a wheelchair-accessible front entrance and fill in a sunken living room to bring it up to the same level as the rest of the house. We were very pleased with their work, and were very favorably impressed by President Mark McGhie's many years of experience and depth of knowledge on construction problems and their solutions in Las Vegas. Mark also has an excellent eye for the aesthetics, so the result is not only functional, but visually appealing. The current project I am reviewing here is the remodeling of our master bath, to make it wheelchair accessible. This required a wider door into the bathroom, and a wider opening into the toilet alcove, along with replacing a Jacuzzi tub (which we could no longer use because it was impossible to get in and out of it) with a walk-in tub, and constructing a roll-in shower. We also wanted better insulation in the outside wall of the bathroom, and to preserve the existing mirrors, countertops, and dual lavatories. Finally, we needed to continue using our master bedroom throughout the project. Mark provided us with an extremely detailed, item-by-item work description and the associated costs that was 13 pages long. Throughout the project, we were always fully informed on the status, and enjoyed our interactions with Chermac employees. We recommend this company for exceptionally good work.

From the beginning to the end of the bathroom renovation project everyone was patient and understanding with our unique situation. Workmen arrived as scheduled each day. Everything was done to perfection in the eyes of all on the crew and the subcontractors who helped with the project. The work involved some "messes" which were cleaned up at the end of each day. I had a deadline for the major part of the work to be done. This deadline was met. A few details were completed shortly thereafter. I have to admit we missed the guys once the work was done and look forward to seeing them again on future projects.

We hired Chermac to help us design and remodel our Master Bathroom. We are beyond thrilled that we chose Marc and his outstanding team for this job. Quite simply the very best contractor we have ever worked with! Marc and his team actually care about your project looking as great as it possibly can. He is meticulous with the planning. Gave us the best advice and even steered us away from some materials we like that might begin to look poorly in a couple of years. We made a change in the middle and he and the team jumped through hoops to help us. The end result is exactly what we wanted. If you want the best contractor in Las Vegas choose Chermac. No one else will ever be called by us for anything like this in the future.

Chermac Builders were not only professional in their bid, but throughout the remodeling of our master bathroom, all their hired journeymen were professional, respectful of our property, polite, and cleaned up after themselves everyday. We enjoyed having their workers in our home, they went above and beyond anything we asked. The leadership at Chermac is highly competent, resourceful, eager to cooperate, and very much into doing a beautiful job. We are extremely pleased, and would recommend Chermac to anyone.

I had a 17 year old shower that needed to be replaced. It bothered me to look at it. I engaged with Chermac Builders to replace it and it is now my favorite part of the house. Mark from Chermac approached my project with energy and care. He researched materials and designs to create something so much nicer than I would have even asked for. He handled all design work, proposed and helped me select all of the tile and managed every piece of work to his exacting standards. There is no one more meticulous or better at follow-up than Mark. We hired Chermac on the recommendation of a neighbor and couldn't have been more pleased with contractor, Mark McGhie, his staff and sub-contractors! The job was done exactly within the time frame quoted to us, which is unheard of. We had our master bath renovated, removing carpet, tub, shower and window. Replaced with stunning porcelain flooring, gorgeous, larger frameless glass enclosed shower and beautiful acrylic block window. We also had cabinets added to the utility room, a second bathroom tiled, backsplash added to the kitchen and accent walls painted in the living areas. Everything was done to perfection. All the inspections were done without a hitch and in a most timely manner due to Mark's great coordination. Another of his professional attributes is to be sure that all supplies, such as window, tiles, plumbing fixtures, paint, etc were purchased and on hand ahead of time to be sure that all were ready to roll out. His estimate was detailed out to the nth degree, room by room, with notes, so that there was no guess work involved. And to make all this even better, there is the Chermac "experience". First impressions always set the tone. Well, first through 10th were all fabulous. Mark is the most ethical, professional, personable contractor and human being one could ever meet and work with. We cannot sing his praises more highly. And he is well connected to the building community, so can refer you to any type housing professional you might need. We have a beautiful new front yard desert landscape as a result.

Mark Mcghie has to be the most meticulous person of integrity I have ever met. He deeply cares about the people he serves and the quality of his work. You won't get higher quality results at a more affordable price. Quite simply, Chermac is the best!
