I worked with Clarity Construction Group when I decided to remodel my kitchen and bathrooms. I would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone considering a remodel project of their own. I almost would not have had the opportunity to work with Daniel and his marvelous team had the 3rd quote I was seeking came through (one had accepted another project and said couldn’t take mine on. The other was going to charge me for the service that I had already done through another professional). I then contacted a friend who was having his home remodeled and decided to seek a quote from Clarity on his recommendation. I’m so glad I did. The entire team starting with Daniel, then, Jael (interior designer), Niv (project manager), and Josue (Site Foreman) were a delight to work with. Each provided recommendations and/or expertise that I hadn’t thought of that made the end result even better than it would have been. Clarity provided a detailed quote that helped me understand how they’d go about the work as well as what to expect. Once the agreement was signed, I worked with their interior designer, Jael, who was a heaven sent in helping understand that range of options/prices, deciding on and selecting all the finished materials required for the project. She then finalized the contents of the orders with the required quantities to make the process extremely frictionless. She also advised on when exactly in the project to order these items taking into consideration lead times and storage space on site. Once the project started Niv, the project manager, kept me informed on the progress with videos and commentary between the weekly site visits I made. Only 2 change orders were needed. Both of them necessitated post demolition. One was some water damage and the other the need for additional structural support. When the project progressed to the installation of finished materials, Josue, the foreman, engaged with me to understand my preferences wrt placement of certain things. I joke with Daniel that he promised me the best foreman on his team. I say he lied because he gave me one better. Josue mentioned that he was told to make sure that I was happy and he really followed through. Finally, the walkthrough was scheduled a month before the period stated on the agreement which is always a delight. As anyone who’s led or been part of any large project knows, there’s always bound to be issues post go live. What’s important is how the team comes together to resolve the issues. In this regard too, Clarity’s execution was exemplary. I’ll end by how I started this review. I would whole heartedly recommend Clarity Construction Group to anyone considering a remodel project of their own. Each of the mentioned people played an integral part in ensuring that the stress homeowners go through while undertaking a project like this was theirs and the homeowners.

We converted our garage into a living space and were concerned it might still feel like a garage. Daniel and Jael helped design it in a way that flows with the rest of the house, and that’s exactly how it turned out. Niv stayed on top of the process and made sure everything progressed smoothly. Reached out to Daniel in the end of March to remodel our bathroom, pretty sure it was the original bathroom from our 1940s built house. I ended up choosing Clarity out of 3 bids because I thought they were the most detailed and Daniel was actually the one who suggested we adjust the layout to get more room out of our bathroom instead of my original idea of changing the shower into a storage. Then the team got to work, we got the permits in about a week and then went shopping with Jael for the finishes. The team was done with everything ahead of schedule, I had ordered a vanity that ended up being back ordered and that's what delayed the time to finish. I really appreciated the team getting everything done quickly, they worked nonstop to get it done and really appreciate their responsiveness to any issues or concerns I had throughout the process. I'd highly recommend Clarity to everyone I know and seriously LOVE the final results.

The project involved excavation, structural concrete work, waterproofing, drainage, and a finished exterior surface to match the house. The team was professional, communicative, and very organized from start to finish. The quality of the work was excellent. The formwork and concrete finish came out very clean and the final result looks fantastic and integrates well with our home. They also handled waterproofing and drainage properly, which was important for a planter installation. The project stayed on budget, communication was great throughout, and the end result significantly improved the front of our house. I would absolutely recommend Clarity Construction for concrete or exterior work.
