Soren Clark and his team were very easy to work with, stayed on schedule, and were always responsive even with our relatively small project. They used an online portal to handle all payment, budgets, change orders, and field reports that kept us in the loop throughout the project. I would not hesitate to use Clarkbuilt again.

We did a major remodel, which included adding an entry and renovating almost the entire bottom floor of our mid-century daylight basement. Clarkbuilt was a complete pleasure to work with at every step of the process, from design to engineering to budgeting to demolition to construction. Everyone who touched the project, whether Clarkbuilt employees or the subs regularly used by them, was a perfectionist. Clarkbuilt is a master at woodwork. A major part of the project was the creation of a library with many built-ins. The design was perfectly adapted to the space, the execution was flawless, and the result was stunning. And that was true for every aspect of the remodel. We received excellent value for the price paid. I cannot imagine another contractor delivering a final product of this quality at this price. Most important to us was the integrity of the owner, Soren Clark, and his employees and subs. These are people who you can trust completely. This company is the best.

Clarkbuilt built out our basement windows to egress standards and remodeled our two bathrooms. We can recommend them enough. Soren (owner), Alex (Project Manager), and Roger (carpenter) are all fantastic (shout out to the rest of the team that we weren't able to meet!). Great service, great work. We'll use them again if / when any other projects come up.

Clark built did a wonderful, neat and creative job transforming our bathroom. It’s beautiful and we are in love with it! They were very prompt to communicate throughout the entire rebuild process with what materials they needed and what they recommended. They worked closely with us to achieve our desired aesthetic. They set clear expectations and stuck closely with the predicted timeline. Quarantine begin midway through our bathroom project and the team transitioned smoothly into being respectful of our safety in our home, always wearing masks and limiting number of workers per day. I highly recommend them for any work you need done in your home, they are a team of experts, each worker is an expert in his own trade!

These guys are the best! They do great work, are responsive to client input, on time and on budget. I had a flood caused by a broken valve that required all the hardwood on the first floor to be pulled out and then replaced. That in turn required all the moldings and doors to be pulled out and then reinstalled. All was completed so you would never know it wasn't the original installation. And they are really nice people! I highly recommend them.

I have used Clarkbuilt, Inc. on two jobs. 2 years ago they built a hardwood deck for my Mothers house. They just finished building a hardwood (ipe) deck, with aluminum posts & cable railing. I could not be happier with the Deck. The bid was competitive, all of the workmen were very professional, they immediately repaired any unforeseen work (dry rot), handled any of the design changes. The final project was completed on time, in budget, with great quality.

Clarkbuilt is simply the best. From the initial walk through during the bidding process and throughout construction, they were transparent and the quality of their work was stunning. This was a complete kitchen teardown, removal of two walls, kitchen reconfiguration, new stairwell, and main floor bathroom remodel. A complete transformation of our 1926 house into a modern entertainer's delight. We lived in the house throughout the remodel and Clarkbuilt went above and beyond to clean everyday, to make our kids feel safe, and I'm pretty sure my dog wanted the crew to adopt her. Most of all, the quality of the work has transformed our lives for the better. We won't work with any other contractor.

Clarkbuilt is the best contractor we have ever used and we have probably used a dozen.. They do the highest quality work, communicate well ahead of time and throughout the job. The people are personable and fine to have around and they clean up well each and every night. Ours was a small job and they fit us into their busy schedule.
