“Last fall, we took on our first remodel project (master bath) and hired Kathie Maughan to work with us on the project. While we had the choice of just having her do a design for us, we knew we wanted the added comfort of having her handle all the details, and had her manage the project as well. This was a really good decision. Kathie made sure we felt comfortable with every phase of the project and worked hard at correcting any issues that came up. She checked in almost every day and was always available to answer my questions (even on a Saturday at one point). But beyond the pleasure of working with Kathie, is the pleasure of working with her wonderfully conscientious crew. They answered questions, explained processes and were unfailingly friendly and courteous. This is a great bunch of people to have come into your home and leave a beautiful space behind. We are truly pleased with the results and will use Maughan Design again in the future.”

“My wife and I wanted to convert an upstairs loft area into a third bedroom - a relatively smaller project with many details. We are so happy we went with Eddie and EcoCraft! Of the 8 or so companies we had over for estimate, Eddie proved to be the most friendly and thoughtful right from the start. He has a great eye for detail and provided experienced feedback on many of my ideas. The subcontractors he works with were incredibly accommodating during COVID and did excellent work. Eddie's estimate was on par with our budget, and the final cost was actually a little less! End result is everything we wanted and more. Highly recommended for your home remodel projects!”

“Nate worked on our kitchen / laundry room / guest bath remodel in 2020. In 2022, we hired him to replace our deck and installed new railings. In 2023, we needed to replace windows on our beach house he was the only person we contacted. His workmanship and attention to detail is incredible. We like working with him as he meets his commitments and communicates throughout the entire project. He also offers up suggestions and ideas and is a pleasure to work with. “Pat did a fantastic job of designing a bump-out for my basement remodel to accommodate the new stairs I had to put in to meet code (very old house). I could not visualize what was going to be done to that part of my home and overall remodel until she walked me through the design, and then ---boom, it hit me! Light, windows, beautiful space utilization and best of all ---it looks like it has always been a part of the house ---does not look like a add-on at all. She was wonderful to work with, listened to what I wanted, and then provided a design to exceed what I thought I could have. She provided great drawings for the contractor and was just really good to work with. I have recommended her to many people and just can't say enough good things about her work and abilities!”
