John did a great job on updating our 100 year old home. His designs were well thought out and turned out beautifully! We were gone for most of the demo & work so John oversaw it all to be sure the job would be done on time. It was done efficiently and within budget! We would highly recommend him for large or small scale renovations!

John at CRBS was very patient in helping us to reconfigure some areas of our house that had always bothered us. This included the front entrance, the laundry room, and the rear entrance. Once we settled on a design, he oversaw several different contractors who were extremely professional. They were on time and on budget. We could not be happier with the total package that John provided and would use him again in a heartbeat.

We used crbs for a complete remodel of our home. We could not have been happier with the end result. John was so creative, had such great attention to detail, was responsive to our needs and we ended up with exactly what we wanted on time and on budget as well!

We did an extensive renovation of all bathrooms and major kitchen rebuilt. It involved moving kitchen to a different part of the house, taking down walls and massive reworking of all bathrooms. Also, new roof plus new patio were installed. John was very professional and kept us informed at each stage of the work. The whole project was very smoothly done and the crew was clean, prompt and courteous. Granted that we did this work during the recession and there was not a lot of construction going on, the project was completed right on schedule!

John rehabbed an older house for us. The work is very high quality and he did his best to accommodate our wishes. When problems presented themselves, he would always try and rectify the situation asap. He recommended things that we would never have thought of, such as changing the roof design to be more true to the Dutch Colonial/Nantucket style home that it is. This change made such a difference! Our home is now one we can be proud of. You will not be sorry if you go with crbs co. to rehab or build a home!

We hired CRBS to renovate our 1960s colonial home. We started in 2007 and we are still presently happily working with John Richert. The first big project was the gutting of the first floor while I lived with 3 very young kids in the upstairs of our home. His team worked around us respectfully and professionally. Im sure that was a challenge for the team but they were so great with my kids and big dog. The project was finished beautifully on time and on budget. We did realize we needed to raise the budget a bit…... But, projects were carefully discussed and John was very forthcoming about what he thought we would appreciate and be well worth the money to upgrade. The times we did not take his advice....I regretted in the future. CRBS also managed the building of our stone patio, new drainage system, roofing…..the list continues. We have been extremely happy with every project. My husband and I have continued to hire CRBS for the remodeling of our upstairs baths and bedrooms. One more bathroom to go! John was very patient during my times of indecision and helped me choose fixtures and tile etc.. I love how the choices we made together fit my husband's and my tastes so well and also suits my family's lifestyle.
