Mike worked on an addition to our house. He put together a detailed contract with payments broken down by each phase. His team identified issues with the architect's plan and worked with the architect to to address it. His team was professional and he addressed concerns as they came up. He included some additional work like baseboards that were not specified in the contract and the overall project was done within budget and on time. It has been 3 years since the addition was completed and there have been no major issues. I would recommend Mike for your home renovation projects.

Devlux Construction completed a major remodel of my home, and I couldn’t be happier with both the results and the service. Michael (Mehrdad) was chosen as our general contractor after interviewing 7 other GCs - he is that good! He has strong educational background in civil engineering and is extremely resourceful in getting the job done in time. He helped us renovate the house by completely re-doing the kitchen and 2 bathrooms and rewired the house and did fresh plumbing. We got the cabinets from another vendor and floor was done by a third vendor. But, he was the one who made sure things were progressing on timeline. Of course, we had to do a lot of project management as well, but his cool-as-a-cucumber style was great in high-stress situations. We wish him the best for the future and will definitely give him a call for our future needs!

Mehrdad did a fantastic job with our bathroom renovation. He came recommended by a friend and lived up to the reputation. The project required moving walls which ran into some obstacles but he was able to think on his feet and solve it with little to minor delays. Overall, I was quite with the price and quality of work.

I hired Devlux to add a sunroom to our house. Devlux took our concept pictures and turned it into a reality. He handled all the planning with the architect and city permits, so we just had to deal with deciding on the finishes. His contract is straightforward and easy to follow. He did not nickel and dime us on the changes we requested during the project either. He also graciously came by after the project was finished to fix minor issues.
