Rude, overpriced, poor quality materials. Talked to Brooke, she acted as though she was too good to work with certain clientele, she continued to say "we are high-end" - have seen pics, "high-end"" is certainly a matter of opinion.

This is my fourth Devonshire Custom Home and I am more impressed than ever. The quality of my home is excellent and I got everything I dreamed of. The staff, from the Project Manager to the subs, genuinely care about the work they deliver and it shows.

We are currently building a home with this firm. We are very happy with the level of detail, expertise and recommendations that the people at Devonshire have given. They have been VERY accommodating. I would recommend working with them if you are seeking to build a home. I would also recommend to engage with them on any issues you may have or perceive they are VERY responsive to any issues. Josh, Brooke, Debbie have treated us like family. They quoted us a price and that price is all inclusive of the requirements we gave. They have not wavered from it. I highly recommend working with them.

We purchased a new construction home before it was completed. Devonshire was very easy to work with when making selections for granite, lighting, paint colors, etc. Their home warranty is excellent and they have responded quickly to punch list items. We moved to Tampa Bay from Metropolitan D.C. Area and the quality of our home compares most favorably to new homes in that area. Quality construction and customer satisfaction is this company's primary goal. We could not be happier with our new home!

They completed our home on time and they have a terrific team of subs who were all also great to work with. We purchased our dream home earlier this year and it was built by Devonshire. We have lived in our home for approximately 9 months and love it. It is well-designed for our family our four-- not too big, not too small. The finishes, details, and materials are impressive. We found the home after it was nearly complete and were amazed by the high-end finishes that were already thoughtfully included in the home. The builder seems totally attuned to the things that are valued by most families these days, like tons of storage and a large family/living area. We got the perfect blend of practical and elegant for our family; our wrought iron banister has beautiful scrollwork that is beautiful to look at but also great and sturdy for little hands to grab for balance. We have weathered our first hurricane season well in our new home. We feel reassured by its design and were even pleasantly surprised to learn that our insurance would be lower than we anticipated due to the outstanding design/construction of the house. Easily one of the best aspects of working with this builder is the builder himself, his family (as it is a family business), and the staff. They were very responsive and reasonable as we were going through the process of buying the home and even now as we are in the process of "breaking it in." We have found that they are totally accessible and very receptive to our ideas, feedback, and requests. It seems that they work to please the customer, and at the same time take personal pride in the work they do and receive satisfaction in building amazing houses. We have found that the builder has great integrity and we have full confidence that our house will continue to be our dream home for years to come.

I can't say enough great things about Devonshire Custom Homes. We have lived in our house for three years now and have not had one issue. Their attention to detail is amazing. Our friends and family are extremely impressed with the quality of the build. They were able to get our house built on schedule. Through it all there was constant communication.
