DSR Developments

In March of this year (2018) we had DSR Developments complete a partial kitchen and powder room renovation for us. They installed new quartz counter tops, tile backsplash, a new sink and faucet in our kitchen and a complete new vanity, sink, faucets, counter top, backsplash and painted walls in our main floor powder room. From start to finish, everything was completed in a timely manner, with attention to detail and great workmanship. We have no hesitation recommending DSR Developments. They recently renovated both our basement and main floor bathroom. In both cases, the quality of workmanship was exceptional. Our home is a 1950s bungalow, so our basement in particular provided some unique challenges. In every case, Dallas provided creative solutions that went beyond our expectations. Additionally, their quotes were reasonable (we had 4 others to compare), they delivered on time and on budget and were a pleasure to work with - we look forward to working with them again!

I recently had my kitchen remodeled with DSR Developments. It could not have turned out better. We absolutely love it. All materials were of the highest quality and attention was paid to every detail. They showed up on time and were finished to project in less time than was anticipated. Everything was kept clean with no messes around at the end of the work day. We were extremely satisfied with their work. It was so helpful to have Maria assist in picking out colors, tiles, etc. she really has a keen eye for getting things exactly right!

Over the past year I have Dallas of DSR Developments in my home working from start to finish on a kitchen makeover and a complete renovation of a bathroom. These were two separate projects starting with the kitchen and after seeing the quality of work done in the kitchen I had no hesitation asking Dallas if he would tackle my bathroom project. Needless to say I was thrilled with the finished results of both. Dallas is meticulous with every detail from the work he does himself to the people he brings in for the tasks requiring further expertise. Both my projects were finished on time, on budget and to my complete satisfaction. He has great communication skills and was not shy about reigning me in when my designer and I started musing about things that would have taken me well past my personal budget. He is knowledgeable, a master of many trades, has a great sense of humor and is a pleasure to have in my home. There is not a question in my mind that I would hire him for my next renovation and ps he is wonderful with dogs!

DSR Developments does excellent work! They renovated our house in Springbank, and everything from the hardwood to the cabinetry to the bathrooms is high quality and looks great! We have received many compliments on our home, even from others in the industry. And Dallas Ritz is always professional, courteous and organized; he is a pleasure to work with.
