We were fortunate enough to have Evolutionary Contracting do our fire place and repaired one of our walls damaged by water leak. The cost was less than half compared to what the other contractors were charging us. The quality of work was just marvellous. We were so sold on their quality of work that they will be back next year to finish our basement.

Adrian and his team completed the bathroom renovation at our rental properly quickly and stress free. They dedicated extra time so the tenants wouldn't be inconvenienced and gave me tips to keep the job within our budget. I also appreciated meeting with him shortly after I requested the quote and I received the quote the next day. Other contractors took weeks to have an available slot to meet with me and told me it would take another couple of weeks to get the quote. the bathroom looks amazing and up to date. I will definitely use Adrian and his team again.

Evolutionary Contracting was wonderful in terms of the quality of the workmanship, staying within the quote and staying on timelines. We live in a 100 year old home and the work we had contracted Evolutionary Contacting for wasn't easy - but they did a fantastic job making our kitchen reno a really successful project. We had found a problem with our bathtub in our main bath so we contacted a bunch of contractors to get estimates. Evolutionary Contracting was the first to respond to my inquiry and was able to come look at our issue within a few days, while other contractors were setting meetings for weeks away, which wasn't an option for us. Adrian was on-time for the appointment which I highly value, had great ideas of how to proceed with the bathroom reno, and was able to fit us into his company's schedule the next week. Anthony and Peter were great workers, kept the work area very tidy, and were respectful of our baby and dog. My husband did most of the ďemolition, and Evolutionary Contracting installed a new soaker tub, put up concrete board around the shower area, installed in-floor heating, tiled the shower and floor, and put in a new toilet and sink. Evolutionary contracting's team transformed a challenging basement layout into a superbly finished space. They are truly professional tradesman with an exceptional attention to detail. I have used this company twice in the past five months. Once for a tiling job in the kitchen and bathroom which was a little complicated due to cut-out in the middle of the wall. The second time was electrical work to replace seven light fixtures. It was a pleasure to work with Adrian Pery and his contractors - they were very knowledgeable and professional, the jobs were done on time, on budget and the workmanship was excellent. Evolutionary Contracting was hired to remodel our on suite bathroom, They were extremely helpful in assisting us during the design phase, listing to our suggestions and offer many suggestions and improvements including lighting, fixture. flooring, etc. The quote offered for the work was reasonable in light of the work and cost of items that needed to be done. During the work their team proven to be very professional, helpful and respectful. We were particularly impressed with their workmanship and attention to all important details which make all the difference in the execution of the finished product. They also did their best to keep dust and dirt down as much as possible, given the nature of the work. The work was finished on time and on budget. We are very pleased with the work done and I have no hesitation in giving their the highest possible rating and recommending them to others.

Adrian and his team kept within a tight budget while providing excellent workmanship on our two-folded project (a) basement bathroom renovation and (b) hardwood stairs installation. He and his crew were very professional in every way from expert advice to quality work. They were always prompt, courteous and willing to put that extra effort forth to complete the job - on time and under budget. The completed job speaks for itself: "roughed in" basement washroom is now a masterpiece and the stairs look absolutely beautiful. And we are now contemplating having them back to do some other projects in and around our house. We hired Evolutionary Contracting Inc to paint our entire main floor (family room, kitchen, dining room, hallways) and all of the hallways upstairs. Adrian and his team completed the job in under three days and went above and beyond our expectations to ensure that everything was perfect and to our liking. This included "test painting" certain areas to ensure we liked the colours and the ideas that they suggested. Adrian spent the time with us going over what needed to be done and was able to fix the sap stains on our stair case which our home builder told us was "normal" and "to be expected". They ensured that at the end of each day everything was tidy and we had minimal interruption throughout the process (outside of the normal/expected furniture in the middle of the room kind of interruption). We will be hiring Adrian and Evolutionary Contracting Inc for all of our home renovation projects as every promise was not only delivered on, but exceeded our expectations.
