We hired Exceptional One to open up the kitchen to our living room along with remodeling the mantel. Their team did a professional job that exceeded our expectations. The cost of the project was a bit on the high end, but it was worth the cost for extra attention to detail. While on site their contractors noticed some moisture under the floors another set of contractors were removing and about to lay floor over. They stopped the other contractors from making a potentially costly mistake and alerted us to the potential issue. I was extremely pleased with the level of communication we received throughout the process. We arrived unexpectedly on several occasions and always found the team working diligently. The crew was respectful of our time and our property. They did terrific work and left our home spotless when they were finished. I have and will recommend them to friends and family.
