About Us

We opened our doors in 2000, responding to a job proposal and inviting-in all the questions that help to shape what makes our apartments and houses feel like homes. We’re celebrating 20 years of service in July 2020 and are looking forward to our next chapter with passion, continued growth, and plenty of adventure. A home connotes a multitude of visions and emotions. For some, it ought to be a comfortable place for a good Summer escape or an abode for true romance. For others, a home encapsulates something playful and unexpected. Greg Vabre does exactly that - we love a welcoming, well-grounded environment that nurtures us. I highly recommend Greg Vabre, who updated our pre-war coop. He reconstructed two rooms, refinished the floors, installed new lighting fixtures, and repainted every room. Greg did excellent work and was a delight to work with – he had a good aesthetic sense, gave accurate and realistic time estimates, and paid careful attention to details. His prices were reasonable. We were extremely pleased with the results. Our apartment looks bigger and brighter, more modern, and the space is much more livable and great for entertaining.

Greg VABRE Co. was contracted for my condo renovation. It included floor replacement and door removal, wall restructure and bathroom upgrades and tub glazing. I was impressed with the expertise and care in performing the various upgraded to my home. The pricing was fair and accurate and I was extremely pleased with the overall results. Visitors always ask me who did the work! I will certainly contract Greg VABRE Co. for future work I will have done this year.
