RLM, Ray Martinez was contractor on this project.. He has been extremely flexible with his time, vision and collaboration of ideas. I brought up several ideas and Ray would follow through with lay-out/illustrations, appropriate materials and creative options. He responds to emails, phone calls and texts, he is reasonably priced considering the time, travel and materials. I look forward to working with RLM on many other projects.

Ray helped me with the finish carpentry at my house at 1115 N Pine. He was very meticulous, detail oriented, and had great craftsmanship and took pride in his work. I am glad there are still top-quality craftsmen out there today; although fewer than before, they are still out there.

Ray's work is impeccable. He remodeled my 1977 disaster into my dream home. Ray did: 2 bathrooms to include a 6' soaker tub and new tile surrounds Kitchen- granite counter, painted cabinets, ss vent hood to the exterior, subway tile backsplash Flooring Painting-Interior and exterior, including patch work and replacing wood rot Replaced doors, handles, light fixtures and outlets Ray is honest, professional and has a great eye to design and asthetics. We hired RLM Remodel and Design to update our 1978 home. They removed all the popcorn on our interior ceilings, re-textured the entire home, removed carpet and tiled throughout, remodeled a bathroom, as well as our kitchen which we get a great deal of compliments on. Ray (owner) was extremely accommodating and worked with us when needed to ensure the result(s) were to our satisfaction. I plan to use them again in the future when needed.

Hired RIM to rebuild my office. The price was excellent compared to other estimates and the work was done wonderfully. The office was complete by the estimated date and everyone who sees my office loves it! The modern shelves were built to my design and I'm overall very satisfied. Will be hiring RIM again for more remodeling.

Ray has done numerous home improvement and remodeling requests for me. The work he has provided is excellant, and I continue to call him back to my home for numerous requests. Ray has provided me help with a beautiful fireplace/entertainment center, 26 window replacement, two tiled walk in showers, brick mailbox, garage sheetrock, tape, and texture work, powered my detached garage/shed. and installed a micro/oven unit in the kitchen wall with stone work, and installed a vinyl fence around my 1 acre lot.

I hired RLM to build a shed in my back yard. I wanted the shed to last so I had them build it out of the same materials my house is made of. They poured a 12'x10' slab on my uneven ground and made it square and level. They framed the shed to allow for two windows on the front, a full size door, and two sky lights in the roof. The outside was done in hardy plank so it won't rot and its matches the back of my house. We matched the same 20yr roofing shingles I used on my house. They painted the outside and trim in the colors I selected. They also ran power to the shed, installed 3 lights, and one outlet as per my request. From start to finish is took about a month. Given the total custom nature of the build, I was very happy with the timeline, the construction quality, and the overall finished product. They even had custom burglar bars custom made and installed. If you are looking for any type of custom project, give Ray and his guys at RLM Remodel & Design a try.
