A year after our complete kitchen remodel by Litwiller Construction, we are still completely satisfied by the work done. The estimation, planning, management of subcontractors, and execution were all top notch. We especially appreciated Dave's smart suggestions, high quality control, and willingness to solve problems that were none of his making.

The work was excellent. He was flexible & on time every day. All crew members were polite & respectful. Very helpful & knowledgeable. 2 yrs ago I had to have the basement walls supported & waterproofed after the drought caused problems.This work was done by a specialist in basement repairs. I then hired Dave & crew in July to come & refinish the basement from new sheetrock, electrical work & lighting, painting, new woodwork, refinished the previous doors & woodwork that was salvaged, framed new daylight windows, new cabinets, new fireplace with slate surround, new mantel, tile backsplash. He provided me a bill explaining the expenses when my choices went over the estimate. He & his crew were trustworthy. They used a key to get in & out while I was out of town. I look forward to using him again

Dave and his team have done a tremendous job for us this past year. Creative, innovative commitment to real quality craftsmanship. His communication with us has always been open, honest and prompt responses to our questions.
