My wife and I were dreaming of renovating our kitchen after several years. We spoke several times to the sales team over at NorthCo Services sold us on their experience, and professionalism. The start date was pushed 2 different times over 2 months, and once the project started different amount of contractors were onsite (2 to 4 to 6). No one from NorthCo Services was ever available by email or telephone. Then after 4 days of work, we were told there were missing tiles/cabinets/lighting/etc and we needed to wait without any plan or schedule. After waiting 3 weeks, the work restarted and the kitchen was finally completed in the next 13 days. Based on this experience, I would not refer NorthCo Services based on the sales agreement and project managers are not in sync. The estimate is not the expectation after the work and now we are waiting on retouches because the backsplash is defective and requires repairs. We should have smelled the inexperience and non-professional way of business from the get-go, but were bullied with their "stay patience, we will get it done". And their numerous request and pickups on the payments. The fact we were out of a kitchen for over 2 months compared to their 3 weeks was false and shouldn't happen.

Great service, with excellent employees, who were on time. Our kitchen makeover looks amazing. Would hire NorthCo again, without hesitation!

I had a tight deadline, but Simon and the boys did a great job! They got it done quickly and took care of all the details. My kitchen looks amazing, and the finish is perfect. These guys are so professional and efficient. Thanks again guys!
