The job consisted of demolition of a concrete block wall with a wood burning fireplace which separated the living and family rooms and replacing it with a new wall containing a two way gas fireplace, recessed shelving to hold home theater components and a recess for a flat panel TV over the fireplace. In addition, flush mounted speakers were installed in the ceilings together with pvc wiring conduit for the electronic components and bamboo flooring replaced carpeting in both rooms. Haya Nof did an excellent job of translating our wishes into a practical and beautiful design. Amos Chomut and his team of subcontractors turned the design into a visually stunning work of art. Amos and Haya were a pleasure to work with. They listened to our desires and guided us toward the final design and the choice of materials. One Creative Group was recommended to us by friends whose home was rebuilt by Amos after the Northridge earthquake. Based on our experience, we would also highly recommend One Creative Group.

One creative group came highly recommended to us. We expanded our home to almost double the size adding a family room, expanding the kitchen, the master bedroom, adding a new master bath, redoing the backyard and adding a patio. It was a very long but enjoyable process. We worked closely with Amos who helped us every step of the way and answered all of our questions no matter how many we threw at him. Obviously the house turned out wonderful and the project was completed one week ahead of the deadline.

I have been working with One Creative Group since 1987 when I hired Amos to remodel my first home. Over the last 25 years plus, I have worked with OCG on 3 residential remodel projects in Los Feliz. The work done on the properties included full kitchen remodels, roofing, landscaping, and overall maintenance. In addition to the residential projects, I’ve also hired OCG to work on an apartment complex in Downtown LA. The work done for this project was a major update to the building to become current with LA county and building dept. codes. The work included plumbing, electrical, and rebuilds of staircases within the building. Amos and his crew have been professional and a pleasure to work with; he has completed each project on time and within budget. Would highly recommend for any building/remodeling work.

I have hired this contractor to remodel a property I purchased in the San Fernando Valley in 2010. The owner - Amos was always prompt, professional, very creative, attentive to details and kept the cost reasonable. In 2011 I purchased another property and Amos/One Creative Group was my go to guy again, same results - I was very happy with the work, the professionalism and the cost. I will definitely use them again!
