We installed all of the flooring, base and painted this unit. The tile counter tops are not ideal (especially for those that don't like the dirty grout) but they provide a very nice look without spending the $5-15k. While the grout requires more work, concessions are all always made and I think new floors achieved a much more desirable product for the money than upgrading the counter tops.
