They reinforced the beams of my 100+ yr old brownstone, replaced and renewed the entire plumbing, drain, and sewer lines, and installed everything up to code in the bathrooms. They designed, supplied, and installed the beautiful kitchens for a competitive price, ultimately making both units feel like luxury apartments! I could also immediately find a new tenant and start collecting rental income the same week the job ended.

We are happy with our house renovation. The Professionals PGS, exceed our expectations, renovating our two bathrooms including plumbing, electric, marble and all appliance installation. During the demolition process we discovered that the beams and the main drain piping were damaged and had old leaks. PGS made everything new and turn our house to a luxury environment. We contacted different companies but no one could compete their prices and their professionalism. We recommend this company to everyone who needs major renovations.

We purchased a house, and we were looking for a contractor to renovate the house. Initially we thought that we didn’t need that much renovation. Many contractors came to look for the work but all of them were not to our expectation because of their lack of experience. Finally, we found Mr. Mir from his website. He came and advised us what to do. Through the way he advised us, we understood that he has very good experience with these kinds of renovations. We finally gave him the work and he showed so much confidence and brought so many nice ideas to make the house look nice and perfect. He did the whole planning, demolished the kitchen, bathrooms, the whole house from basement to attic. Mr.Mir rebuilt the bathrooms and redid everything from plumbing to the electric wiring from attic to basement. He made two extra beautiful living spaces in the attic and basement which are awesome. He fixed different issues with the drains and plumbing which might have caused a lot of damage later on. He installed the kitchen which is awesome. He installed the fixtures so nicely in the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining room even though some of the fixtures were very complicated. His workmanship is praiseworthy, he has a very dedicated workforce who are experienced and honest. During the whole period of renovation, he was present each and every day to supervise and the amazing part is he did most of the complicated and technical jobs by himself. During the whole period of renovation, we observed that he worked as if he was working for his own house. I would give him six stars if there is an option, but he and his work is definitely a big FIVE STAR. Mr. Mir did an amazing job remodeling the entire house. I’m so happy with the outcome. I would definitely recommend him and his team to my friends and family! I wish him every success in his life.

Helped solve a unique window situation in West Village extremely quickly and professionally! Fatmir and his team were wonderful to work with - very responsive and prompt. They helped cut panes out of a fixed window to fit a casement AC unit and separately patched a hole in a separate window perfectly with plexiglass. They were one of the few companies who were able to help in such a short lead time - came to inspect the job on the weekend and it was done a few days later.
