The initial work completed by Prysum Reno LLC was well-done. The team was communicative throughout the process, offered multiple opportunities for touch points, and was competitively priced. Conversely, when a repair was required to correct an issue with their original design, I must say that I was very disappointed. Communication was rather intermittent and the length of time to come fix the issue was lengthy (several months). The primary explanation for the delay was that I was deprioritized due to their having new projects going on simultaneously. During the repair process, scheduled times were not honored which was a major inconvenience and a disregard of my and my families time. The long story short: the company has solid craftsman ship and communication prior to and during projects, but should a repair be needed, expect a multiple month wait in addition to poor communication and overall poor customer service. I recommend Prysum Reno LLC with the reservations noted above.
