Beware of using Regency Quality Construction for any of your remodeling needs. Our project was wrought with delays, lack of attention to detail, lack of oversight, no proper permit was obtained for an addition to the inside of our home. The list goes on. Elizabeth Anderson collected a hefty deposit from us with no intention of ever completing the project. Now when we request a partial refund for the deposit, she doesn’t respond to phone calls, texts or emails. There are many honest & dependable contractors out there. This is not one of them.

We cannot say enough good things about Elizabeth Anderson and her staff. We accepted her bid on July 22, 2020 and on August 19, 2020 she had completed an extensive list of projects. The staff of her professional people replaced all upstairs carpet, stripped stairs of carpet and added wood stair treads on steps to match the first floor wood flooring. They also added barn door to jack and jill bathroom, changed all existing stoppers in tubs and sinks, replaced four toilets to chair level height, removed a tub from guest bathroom and replaced with walk in tiled shower with glass sliding doors. Added additional electrical power light and power plugs to theater room and garage. Elizabeth's presence at our home was a big deal to us. Elizabeth was there to help, aid and assist her people. She gave us a firm bid showing she had done her homework, no surprises. Thank you Elizabeth and your staff. Dallas and Betty

Elizabeth is amazing and handles the projects seamlessly. She is always on time with great suggestions on how to improve your ideas. She has completed multiple projects over five years including Master Bath and Kitchen remodels, electrical projects as well as painting homes both inside and out. I do not think there is anything Elizabeth and her team cannot do and they do it well..consistently!

Elizabeth was very punctual. Our roof looks great 3 years later! We had a minor issue we discovered a few years after installation. The crew came back and made corrections, no questions asked.

Regency Quality Construction is awesome! They helped us with repairs/updates to our home - bathroom sink/tile, siding on another project, building a deck, plumbing and electrical repairs. I can't say enough about the quality of their work. I highly recommend Regency Quality Construction.

Regency Quality Construction completed the remodel of our hall bath (tub conversion to shower only, relocation of plumbing, wall removal, install of new vanity and countertop, removal of wall paper, new commode, and new flooring). The project cost estimate was reasonable and projected timeline for completion was customary for this type of remodel. We did experience several issues during the remodel that created headaches for us. First, the tile for the shower floor was installed going in the wrong direction (see photo). We laid out a few pieces as an example for the installer, as well as showing him our master bath shower; however, when we got home, it was installed in the wrong direction. The tile had to be ripped up and re-installed. Second, we requested that the wall behind the vanity be painted. We confirmed this with the owner and painters, even leaving a note requesting a text picture be sent before the vanity was put in place. When we got home the painters had already put the vanity in place, and stated that the wall behind it had been painted, but because the paint on the vanity was not dry for us to move it, we could not verify the wall had been painted. During the final stages of the project, the vanity had to be removed for something (I can’t remember what) and it was then that we noticed that the wall had not been painted, so the crew had to paint the wall, adding time to the project for the paint to dry and vanity re-installed. Third, there was a section on the shower wall where the tile pattern had to be adjusted. Rather than discuss options with us, the installer decided to make a (jagged) cut on the tile pieces for a makeshift grout line, and proceeded to tell us after we got home that it would not be noticeable (see photo). We requested that the tiles be replaced. Fourth, the project cost estimate included a frameless shower door. After the glass company came out for measurements and door options, Elizabeth sent us an email that she was removing the shower door from the proposal and that if we wanted that item, we could work directly with the glass company. When asked why she was closing out the job w/o completing the shower door, she stated that the door we wanted was a bit higher in cost, the fabrication time would take longer, and she needed to go to other jobs and didn’t want to wait for the shower door for payment. Elizabeth had already made up her mind to move on, so we were not given the option to pay for all work completed to date, and the shower door later (or even a deposit to procure the door). The silver lining was that we ended up not using her subcontractor, but found another company for our shower door, at a much lower cost.

Regency completed the remodel of our bathrooms. Elizabeth took the time to listen to what I wanted and made suggestions to make my vision work. Quality work was done and completed on time within the budget.

Regency Quality Construction recently completed my kitchen remodel. I had the space completely gutted and even had a wall taken out. I have to say that Elizabeth and her team did an amazing job on budget, quality and timeline. Her initial quote was accurate, and I was never surprised by changes in charges (I did have a couple of things added on at the end of my project). When I asked for additions or changes, her responses were clear and prompt. I was very happy with the price point as well, Elizabeth did a great job of helping me stay in budget. The project timeline that she gave me was accurate to the day! Her crews were professional and friendly, they answered all of the questions that I had on site. There was an issue with the cabinet paint color that Home Depot mixed incorrectly, I let Elizabeth know and no questions asked she inspected the error and corrected it immediately. I was very nervous going into my remodel as there are a lot of things that can go wrong, but I could not be happier with Regency Quality Construction. I will definitely be using Elizabeth and her team in the future.

I have used Regency Quality Construction for most of the work I have needed or chosen to have done over the 24 years I have lived in my house. Elizabeth Anderson knows what she is doing, and I will always turn to her for any small or large construction work I need. Most recently she remodeled my kitchen. I described my problems with the kitchen, and she made excellent suggestions for fixing them. Her crew did the work with excellent quality. They cleaned up every day and were respectful of my privacy and my property. The project took a little longer than her original estimate, primarily because of the necessity of waiting on material that had been backordered. My one complaint is that sometimes communication about when a crew would or would not be at my house was slow. However, if I reached out to ask, I always did receive a quick response. (Photos show before and after the remodel. My primary need was gaining space at the end of the kitchen near the refrigerator)

We had a well-maintained 4/4 home built in 90's that needed an entire interior "refresh" prior to putting it on the market so we could downsize. Elizabeth is very familiar with current trends and worked with our decorator to update our home for today's buyer. Her staff was hard working, considerate, and had excellent workmanship. Our home sold in 4 days. Thank you Regency.

Regency Quality was Great to work with, stayed within our budget. Looking forward to the next Remodeling project that will happen this summer!

The crew performed quality work, especially in the bathrooms. The pricing was fair on any change orders that we requested. All parties were very responsive to any concerns that we expressed. The work was completed on schedule with minimal punchlist items. We would definately use again.
