Rob Sachs, owner and founder of the company, is quite familiar with the local planning codes and processes, also with local marketability - his wife, Timi, is an experienced real estate agent. We hired Sachs in Sept. of 2012 to build our 6700sf home. It was completed in April of 2013. Almost exactly 7 months from beginning to end. We had an onsight supervisor that was here everyday ensuring not only that tasks got completed on time, but that they were done to the highest standards. Very professional service all the way around. We felt they were always looking out for us.
