Excellent customer service in this company. I was truly working with experts that just knew how to get things done. The whole process was simple and my wife and I appreciate the effort to make this as smooth as possible. Everything was completed on time with all costs communicated clearly to us. SpartaCon has done a number of large projects for us, from finishing our basement, to redoing our fireplace wall, to completely refinishing the exterior of our home, including extending the roof in our backyard to provide shade (and more). As an interior design firm working in the industry for over 18 years, SpartaCon is one of the construction firms I would highly recommend. Sharif, the owner is very conscientious with a high attention to detail, is easy to collaborate with, is very responsive with communication, and maintains a great rapport with clients putting their needs at the top of the list. We have been working with Sharif for many months now on a full service project in which the main floor has been gutted and re-designed including: - the removal of a 2nd set of stairs with adjustment of the 2nd floor landing and stair railing overlooking double storey living room - removal of walls with two new over 20' structural flush beams - existing stair redesign - redesign of fireplace feature wall - new over 22' x 12' kitchen with walk-in pantry - new powder room with 12" deep stone counter extending full length of room - mudroom, laundry room, dining room - redesign of foyer ceiling - living room spaces with wood ceiling beams He has no problem dealing with any complexities and has a can do attitude. Sharif and Tyler did an unbelievable job for us! Started as a kitchen project, then turned into front entrance and powder room. Sharif managed everything perfectly. Felt like we kept adding on little things to do, as we had just moved into our new home, and somehow everything got done. And got time on time, and on budget. Sharif recommended the best people to work with, who helped with multiple aspects of the overall project. Sharif and team did unreal work on our kitchen. We get compliments on it all the time. He also built custom floating shelves that fit perfectly on a very not square (old) walls. 10/10 always reccomend
