We absolutely recommend tagold to rebuild your home! They rebuilt our home and gave us exactly what we wanted! Rebuilding a home is a huge undertaking, but Henry and his team always gave us the support, answers and open communication we needed. Our project manager Randy is an absolute gem! Henry was integral to completing this project and I am so grateful to him-his professionalism, experience, and desire to deliver quality homes and service is unmatched! I had a great experience with tagold for my bathroom remodeling project. Right after the first call with Xia I knew that this was the right company for me as he paid attention to my wishes, asked critical questions, and didn't try to push just the standard US bathroom design onto me. I love that I could discuss pros and cons of certain design decisions and materials with Allyn throughout the process and that he made sure we don't lose sight of the one major requirement that I made very clear in the beginning "It has to be easy to clean". Jenny did a wonderful job in fulfilling my high demand for attention to detail and in dealing with all the uncommon materials and fixtures that I brought in. I was very happy that they always offered their expertise when it came to making decisions about how things should be done right on the job site. I certainly didn't always make it easy for them but they went above and beyond every time - they even managed to make crooked walls look straight with their magic tiling skills. Last but not least, Henry was great to work with too - always following up quickly and keeping the payment schedule very clear. We will soon start to plan the next bathroom remodeling with the team!

We hired TAGOLD in March for our kitchen, bathroom, and garage remodels. Plan was to start in April... but then Covid happened. Actual start was mid-August (8/17). Kitchen and bath were completed by early November (11/6). Separate garage project ran 11/2 - 11/20. Project was in San Francisco. Kitchen included: High end Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances Two new skylights New 8 foot long island with prep sink Quartzite counter tops Slate tile floor Handmade Fireclay tile backsplash New Omega cabinets Barn door pantry New garden window Bathroom included: New walk-in shower with porcelain tile and shower door New cabinets, sinks, fixtures Robern lighted medicine cabinets Garage included: Drywall walls and ceiling New utility sink New lighting Epoxy flooring Partition wall and new doors We had a bumpy start with some issues in the kitchen, particularly around installation of the handmade tile backsplash. Anna, the office manager, stepped in and once she was involved in our project, things took a dramatic turn for the better. Anna understood the special needs of our project and made sure we had the right people in place to ensure excellent results. She was responsive, very organized, and worked tirelessly on our behalf. We both work full time and knowing that Anna was on the case meant we could get some relief from the inevitable stress of remodeling. We are thrilled with the end result. Our new beautiful modern bathroom works so well, the kitchen is a joy to cook and bake in (especially since we finished in time for the holidays), and our finished garage serves as an excellent gym, laundry, and workshop. I shopped around for a quote on a kitchen and master bathroom remodel. I picked Randy from Tagold Construction because of his responsiveness and I liked that his quote included architectural drawings so I could envision what we discussed. He spent the most time on a quote for a project he was not guaranteed to win, so that's what drew me in. He was also super nice and patient so that helped too :). I'll be honest- the process started off a little bit rocky and we had a roller coaster ride throughout the project but none of it was a major problem or anything. Most were minor things due to simple miscommunication. I believe this type of stuff happens with any contractor you go with on any type of construction process. Randy, and their team did an absolutely fantastic job making our dream kitchen and bathroom come true. The results are just stunning. I look forward to getting ready in the bathroom and spending time in the kitchen now because everything is just so gosh darn beautiful! They were also on time and within the agreed upon budget. Nothing less than 5 Stars for Tagold Construction Inc. We just finished our home improvement project, We added 500sqft to our backyard, and built a new kitchen, converted our existing kitchen to a bedroom, and added a new bathroom as well. We are really happy with the way it turned out Thanks to Randy and his company. We interviewed several contractors and decided to go with Tagold Construction Inc Randy was there right from the first time we met him to explain the project until the very last day. My experience working with him was great. He patiently heard what we wanted and made sure we were satisfied and happy. Any issues we had at the site were addressed and resolved immediately. I was looking for a complete kitchen and remodel of several bathrooms. I had used them over 2 years ago. I was nervous because I've heard stories of others who had contractors show up late, be messy, and not finish the job on time. I was also worried that it would be hard to keep in contact with the contractor and workers. I had the opposite experience. We Remodel and Build Remodeling was amazing, and Randy really helped me by listening to what I wanted and needed for the remodel. He was efficient, explained everything to me through throw whole process, and executed what I envisioned beautifully. Everyone was so nice, always on time, and communicated everything to me. The quality was amazing too! I am so happy with my experience.

We hired level up team to remodel our master bathroom, we interviewed few contractors from houzz and we decided to go with Randy. Randy were highly professionals and very knowledgeable from the first moment and we knew from the first moment that they are the right fit for us. They gave us lots of design ideas and smart solutions for our space we really enjoyed working with all the team, they were super clean and always on time. We had some small hick ups as we expected from construction process to be but Randy and Tom was there to explain and took us hand by hand to the perfect results as we expected. I have been putting off my remodeling projects that needed some TLC for a while now. Hearing all the horror stories out there of general contractors and how frustrating it can be it was a hard trigger for me to pull. Finally, I got the confidence to start getting some estimates for my home. This included -kitchen remodel -2 bathroom remodels -new flooring, paint and lighting He was the most honest and personable contractor I met with (I met with 5-6 contractors). He was nice, budget conscious and design oriented. He hit all the boxes I wanted to find in a contractor. They started the project on time and finished about 2 weeks earlier then the projected timeline (2 months) which I was thrilled about. If I could give them a higher rating then 5 stars I would. Now I am enjoying my pretty much brand new home with all the work I had done! Thank you Randy and the entire wide team and the dedicated hard labor workers that even stayed a bit late on some days to get work done that they had scheduled.

We had a wonderful experience with Tagold Construction for our bathroom remodel! This was my first chance doing any type of remodel and I really needed someone who would walk me through the steps and who was easy to communicate with. Randy was always available by text and email. He was SUPER clear and upfront about what he would do and what we would need to do and what everything would cost. There were no surprises. I really liked the workers that he hired to come into our home too. The final product is really beautiful and I would definitely hire Randy again for a future remodel!

I've used TAGOLD on two jobs now, and he's as good as they get. Compared to all the other contractors, HVAC guys, roofing guys, electricians, and plumbers I've ever had, no one compares to TAGOLD in terms of four things in particular: (1) honesty, (2) cost, (3) clarity of the work and what was needed, (4) communication. His communication skills are excellent and he provided a VERY detailed, outlined, and itemized-by-cost estimate that not only did he stick to, but he actually was able to reduce the cost of some things as we went along. The work was done well, it was done quickly, and there were no surprises or mistakes. He even participated in the design process, helping to reduce cost and complexity while still maintaining the goal of getting quality material (countertops, appliances, cabinetry). It's been 3 years since the larger kitchen project and everything still looks and works great. I'll be using him again the next time I have a big project.
