I worked with Stewart Thomas for an extensive whole house remodel. From design to significant structural engineering to high end finishing the project was executed beautifully throughout transforming the property beyond expectation. I wanted clean modern lines, indoor outdoor living, lots of light, and truly usable space. Every aspect of that was achieved with good looks complimenting functionality and an open airy feel flowing from room to room. Visitors can't believe it's the same house... I can't believe it's the same house! Great design instincts, expertise, and the highest of standards and integrity. I wouldn't consider another project without them.

Stewart Thomas exceeded all of our expectations in completing our huge driveway project!! Upon first meeting with them, we were impressed with their personable, professional approach. From our initial interview, we had a two-week window to complete the driveway. They said "we can make that happen" and… They did! We wanted a unique design, but we were at a loss as to what the driveway should look like. They proceeded to sketch out a beautiful, standout design that we loved! Our driveway not only met all of our functionality standards, but it went a step further by becoming a showpiece in our neighborhood. We have remodeled four homes in the past; we wish we had discovered Stewart Thomas sooner. They are the best!

We purchased a home that had been remodeled by Jason Thomas. This was a full remodel which included opening up the floor plan for the living room, dinning room and kitchen spaces. Full remodel of two bathrooms and the kitchen. Replacing the roof. Adding a laundry space. Adding central forced air heating. Adding windows and changing the location of existing windows. Adding and entrance door and enclosing an existing one. Adding two sets of new french doors. Adding an exterior wrap-around front porch. Adding a flagstone patio along with extensive landscaping with sprinkler system. Jason did much more than a remodel, he completely envisioned, designed and constructed a new home within the foot print of the existing one. He changed a small, dilapidated, late 30's house into beautiful and unique deco period cottage. He gave the interior of the home character that the original never had. Some of the high lights include; period tile work in the bathrooms, custom white cabinets with "Feathered" granite countertops in the kitchen, a dutch door in the kitchen, and dual sets of french doors to the new patio.

Let me start by saying I am incredibly particular about my physical surroundings. Based on my expanding family, my wife and I decided to move from our historical 100+ year-old Craftsman home to a new location. How incredibly fortunate my family has been to find a home remodeled in perfect Craftsman-style from the ground up with the space requirements that forced our move. We hired Stewart Thomas to do rehab work on a residential rental property in need of repair after tenants left it in very bad condition. The scope of work included replacing doors and windows, repairing/replacing drywall, installing new floors throughout, changing out light fixtures, upgrading the bathroom with tile and vanity, and installing new counter tops and cooktop in the kitchen. Stewart Thomas worked quickly and efficiently, providing sound design advice, cost saving suggestions and expert results. Our satisfaction with this firm was so great that we decided to contract with them for a remodel of our own home. Once again, the scope of work was all encompassing: kitchen, bathrooms, guest suite, master bedroom, lighting, painting, plumbing, etc. Stewart Thomas is professional, reliable, knowledgeable and fair. We knew every step of the way what the plan was and what it would cost. Again, design suggestions were made that enhanced our original plan and saved us money. The work was completed without interruption (in other words no leaving us waiting while another client's work took place) and always included consideration of our personal schedules. Stewart Thomas is honest, efficient and does work of the highest quality. We plan to hire them again in the future for more work we plan to do.

I had a slab leak at my home and It was going to cost me a bunch of money. I had some insurance coverage, but it wasn't complete and I was going to be out of pocket a couple thousand. Stewart Thomas come in and brought me in under budget and on time. Additionally, the craftsmanship of the employees of Stewart Thomas is exemplary. Their drywall work, texture matching, and paint work are superb. I trust these guys implicitly and will use them anytime I have any significant repair work. I also am very happy to recommend these guys any chance I get.

My Husband & I first worked with Tim on our kitchen remodel 10 years ago. We were so happy with the job his company did for us that we used them for our outdoor living space design & construction and are now getting started on our master bath remodel. I purchased a property two years ago from Stewart Thomas Design Build. Jason Thomas's remodel of this 1946 Cape Cod Cottage was thoughtful in keeping the classic feel of the home, while adding modern accents that make it feel updated while keeping with the original character of the home. Jason listened to us when we discussed design options, however we never really moved away from his original vision of the house and the idea of retaining its original character.

We purchased our new home two months ago, and I wouldn't even know where to begin when it comes to describing all the things we love about it! It truly is our dream home, and Stewart Thomas did an incredible job on the remodel from top to bottom. Not only did they explain to us how dilapidated it was when they began working on it, but we've heard from many neighbors how they never would have imagined it could look the way it does now. From the metal roof to the redwood garage doors to the unique tiles in each bathroom, the detail and design in every single area of this house is incredible. In addition to the wonderful design, the quality of work is top notch. These are aspects that were very important to us, and we couldn't be more proud to call this home ours. Although we don't have plans of ever moving again, if we did - we would no doubt make sure Stewart Thomas helped in the remodel and design of our next home.
