Hello friends , made a legal basement apartment with TS builders and his team. Within 11 months basement washroom vents started leaking water on a mild rainy day. Total mess even the kitchen hood vent had reverse water in the stove. All washroom vents leaking water .Upon following up with his team no follow up just excuses to look and wait till further damage to your newly made project

We purchased a detached home over a year back which was in 80"s style. We contacted TS Builders through my friends recommendation. They were professional. They gave us complete 2D drawings of the work they would perform along with estimates for each work to be completed. the timeline for the project was 3 weeks. The builder finished the work exactly in 3 weeks as promised and during this time we were shown samples of each item they would be installing at our place and if we did not like it , we were given full flexibility to choose our own materials which was great. The work performed was very professional, it does not feel like the same house now. the builder also installed a new gas fireplace for us replacing the old wood burning fireplace and it looks awesome. Our friends and family love the way our house looks now. The builder has good knowledge of structured and materials. They are very resourceful in getting the right worker/ technician for the work to be performed. we have already recommended him to many of our friends for any major reno/ restoration work.
